Tedeschi Trucks Band is a 12-piece powerhouse ensemble led by the husband/wife duo of guitarist Derek Trucks and singer/guitarist Susan Tedeschi, "two of the best roots rock musicians of their generation" (NPR). With their own potent original songwriting alongside an extensive canon of influences, the dynamic all-star band owns a reputation for world-class musical expression bolstered by each album and every performance.
Since forming in 2010, TTB's caravan has traveled countless miles to bring their music to audiences around the world. From sold-out multi-night residencies across America to barnstorming tours through Europe and Japan to the flagship Wheels of Soul annual summer amphitheater tour, the band's shows are an eagerly anticipated highlight of the live music calendar and "nothing short of exhilarating" (Salon). Whether on stage or in the studio, when these supremely talented artists get together, it's a musical experience of profound quality.
What a show. 3 piece horn section, 3 piece vocal & instrument back-up, 2 drummers, keyboardist, bass player and the incomparable Susan & Derek. Together they put on an amazing show filled with soaring vocals, killer guitar playing and a overall sound that fills the space. Rock, blues jazz & gospel all influence the final sound. Have seen the at least 4 times and will keep going.
TTM is at the very best of their craft. Amazing show. The Beacon Theater is a beautiful facility and the best for seeing such a great performance.
A friend gave my teenager and I tickets he could not use that cost him $250 a piece - The show sounded terrific but we couldn't see because a group of people in our section insisted on standing and flailing around like they were in a field at Woodstock. If I had paid for these pickets myself I'd be suing someone. You don't spend top dollar to SEE a show to be subjected to watching through the silhouettes of a bunch of flunkies standing and dancing around in front of you.... As I glanced the rest of the Theatre everyone else was seated with the exception of the people in our section.
The Tedeschi Trucks Band never disappoints. They performed with intensity throughout the entire concert, lasting about 3 1/2 hours. I already have my ticket for the concert in September at the Beacon Theatre.
TTB never disappoints. Excellent setlist, always get at least one favorite, and always something new. This band is awesome.

The sound was incredible. Saw all 3 shows. Each night a new setlist. They looked like they were having a lot of fun and the crowd appreciates their hard work. Will be back in September!
This band absolutely blows the roof off anyplace they play! Every member is a talented artist that shines! TTB Rock on!

Tedeschi Trucks Band does not ever disappoint! The concert was fabulous, the musicians are over the top, the sound was excellent and the venue, well it it The Beacon because it is a Beacon!
I have seen Tedeschi Trucks at least 20 times and they never disappoint so if you have never experienced them, do it before ticket prices become too expensive for everyone.
As always the Tedeschi Trucks Band puts on a memorable experience. Right from the start to the very last note played they are on point. I can’t to see them again in September!!

I had the opportunity to catch what I consider to be one of the best improvisational talented Rock Bands to be heard currently, The Tedeschi Trucks Band, 2 nights in a row at what has become one of my favorite venues....The Beacon Theater. I only wish I was able to catch the 3rd night. This band performed a different unique show on each night, no repeats, and blew the doors off! Each member of the band had moments of glory with featured instrumental and vocal solos! The atmosphere at the Beacon only further enhances the vibe, and overall experience! I can't wait until I have another opportunity to see this band, and to return to the Beacon for what is bound to be yet another fantastic evening!
The musicianship of TTB is off the charts! They are so locked in it’s insane. They keep taking us places that are unimaginable. They pull a rabbit out of their hat with their song selection. It’s never boring. They are the hardest working band playing today. The best part is that they seem to be having a lot of fun. Outstanding!
The journey thru psychedelic dreams into blues standards and gospel infused southern rock at its peak the show is a journey for the senses and each piece of this 12 piece acoustic juggernaut slays their respective instrument during their featured solo and it just leaves a spine tingling shudder of awe and elation. It’s like a positive love church
TTB is, literally, one of the best bands ever. Hands down. My 2nd time seeing them and they just get better and better. I've already gotten tickets for another show this year.
You’ll experience every emotion imaginable and feed your soul. Run, don’t walk.
What is it about the Beacon that brings that extra energy and life ft out of a band. I've seen it with many there and the TTB stand this week it showed. Saw night one and three. The last night was a high energy 2.5 hrs of musicianship and fellowship that's rare today. Now you go see them.
