Taylor Hicks Tickets

Taylor Hick's acoustic show at the Magic Bag was absolutely incredible. He thrilled a full crowd with his unique, powerful voice and a terrific song selection. There was also lots of great, fun, interaction with the audience. The Magic Bag was a great venue to showcase his voice. He performed 15 songs, nine of them from his latest CD The Distance. (Three of those for the first time in public.) His accompanists - all from Taylor's home town, Birmingham, were also great! John Kulinich on guitar, Jason Parker on bass, and the super talented Brian Less on keyboards. If you have a chance to see Taylor in either an acoustic show like this one or a regular full band concert, don't miss your chance. You won't be sorry. He is extremely talented, and a wonderful entertainer and live performer. And that amazing, soulful voice will knock your socks off! Shows are coming up in Atlanta, Biloxi, and Birmingham.

One of the best shows ever, Taylor did an acoustic rendition of most of the songs from his new album The Distance....accompanied by two guitars and Brian Less on keyboards. His voice was perfect and his stage presence very funny and personable throughout the entire show.

Taylor Hicks performed an acoustic concert at the Magic Bag in Michigan. I've seen Taylor in big venues and small and this is the best show I have ever seen/heard him do. He was sitting on a stool with a lead guitaistr, a bass guitarist and a keyboardist. Taylor played his guitar and the interaction with the 3 other band members was pure bliss. Taylor has a very rich, soulful voice. His latest recording, The Distance, is an excellent mix of blues, country, salsa and soul. His acoustic interpretation was beyond belief. He is so charismatic on stage and passionate about his music that he takes the audience to another place while he's on stage.

It was Taylor, a chair, a guitar, and his harp....no fanfare or bells and whistles....just his pure and soulful voice and music that sets your soul ablaze. Add to that the awesome skills of Brian Less on keyboards, John Kulinich on guitar, and Jason Parker on bass, and you have a night of Magical Musical Pleasure!
