I am a true R&B fan and this concert did not dissapoint...except for that Fox chick. Nevertheless, The opening act (can't recall his name but wish I could) was unbelievable! He sang "When a Woman Loves" so well that R. Kelly would be shaking in his shoes. The MC commedian as well as Michael Blackstone were both just great! Jay Hayden, you now have a new fan. Tell me, why don't we support our R&B young men and women? He's #1 in underground Japan but he should be #1 here and not #98 on the Billboard. He was there with 1 background singer and an acoustic guitar player and this man knocked it out the box! Tank, what can I say? He was great, as I knew he would be. His background singer was equally as talented. But Tank, you are the man! He hit every note, and had me wanting more. Two complaints: 1 - Tank did not sing long enough. More than 5 songs, please, and 2 - while I understand the "younger ladies" are fans, so are his peers, and we cannot stand all night because yall ran up to the front and was dancing in the isle. So please be considerate of us 30 & 40 something women, who love Tank too and want to see every bit of him...and hear him too! :-) I wish more people had come out. I'm not sure if it was due to limited promotion but every woman I know loves Tank and no doubt there should have been more of us there.
