About

SZA has been a game-changer in R&B ever since she became the first female artist to sign to the independent hip-hop label Top Dawg Entertainment, joining the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock and ScHoolboy Q. The New Jersey-raised Grammy-winning artist  self-released two EPs before partnering with TDE in 2013 to distribute her breakthrough EP Z, which charted on the Billboard 200 and featured the certified-gold single “Child’s Play” with Chance the Rapper. While preparing her highly-anticipated debut album Ctrl, SZA co-wrote songs like the Nicki Minaj-Beyoncé collaborative single “Feeling Myself” as well as “Consideration” from Rihanna’s 2016 album Anti. Ctrl arrived in 2017, debuting at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 behind Top 40 singles like “Love Galore” and “The Weekend” and earning five Grammy nominations. SZA would win her first Grammy as a featured artist on Doja Cat’s 2021 single “Kiss Me More,” and gained further mainstream notoriety following collaborations with Maroon 5, Cardi B and Summer Walker. Her second album SOS debuted at No. 1 in late 2022 and topped the Billboard 200 for 10 non-consecutive weeks. In 2023, SZA earned her first two Billboard Hot 100 chart-toppers with SOS’ “Kill Bill” and the Drake collaboration “Slime You Out.”

  • First SZA Concert

by Mo on 9/28/23Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time seeing SZA in concert and also our first time in Nashville. We drove 6.5 hours from NC just to see her. This was an experience I didn’t know I needed. I sang and danced my little heart out. Ctrl and SOS are both albums I could listen to on repeat and never get tired of them. I’m so happy I fought through the queues and managed to buy floor seats at a reasonable price. Thank you SZA for an amazing night and I hope to see you again in the future!!

  • Visuals ! Were ! EVERYTHING !

by Samm on 9/28/23Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

  • Great Show

by Pike on 9/28/23Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

I loved every minute of the show. She did all her hits and most of her catalog. Every song sounded better than her recorded music along with tight choreography pyrotechnics, and a standing band. Love her more than before seeing her in concert.

  • Rock Paper SZA

by Mrs Morrow on 9/28/23Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

amazing show. the crowd was a vibe. SZA is just one of the best to do it.

  • …overall I was underwhelmed.

    by C.H. on 9/28/23Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 3 out of 5

Her voice sound beautiful(10/10).. But, the show was very monotone and lacked excitement. After about 15mins.. it felt like I was listening to the same song on a loop. However.. i enjoyed the shipwrecked theme.. but, she needed more video boards. I don’t know what I expected.. but, this was it. 5/10 show.

  • SZA Nashville

It was a great concert. We saw her in NYC earlier this year and the second time was better than the first. We would go again and again. She is awesome!

  • Phenomenal

This was the best show I have ever experienced. From the set to the vocals and Sza is the goat.

  • I LOVE SZA

by Bryce on 9/26/23Amalie Arena - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

She’s such a great performer and the arena was the perfect size

  • The lighting needs help

by Still a fan on 9/26/23Amalie Arena - TampaRating: 2 out of 5

I recently attended another concert there and it was fantastic. I was in the exact same section a few rows up. The lighting for the SZA concert was horrible. Even when she was on the side of the stage where I was sitting, I couldn’t see her. I know she has dancers and I could only see them about 25% of the time because of the lighting. Other than that listening to her was great because I couldn’t see her. Her crew must do a better job for her and her fans. .

  • Awesome experience!!

by SZA SOS Tour 2023 on 9/25/23Amalie Arena - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

SZA live & in person. She put on an amazing show. She had a couple back up dancers but for the most part it was all her & her amazing voice! What a great performer! I’d love to see her again!!
