Great seats, great game. Fun activities like the teddy bear toss, beard cam, kiss cam, etc. Will go again :)

Absolutely amazing, so much fun like always. Ushers to help find seats were rude and got annoyed when someone else placed us in the wrong spot.

Although the crunch got there butt’s handed to them in this game , I still had a lot of fun with my son and fellow crunch fans. Syracuse crunch organization is so amazing for what they do for veterans and military personnel. I am a army vet and I’m so honored and privileged for all that they do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything.

I got to my seat and someone was in it. The usher said it was a season ticket holders seat. He said at the time the seat behind it was empty and I should sit there and if someone shows up for it he would get his supervisor. No one did and I was able to sit there but it was a row with a railing and it was very close to my knees. It was a bit uncomfortable. I didn't make a fuss of it, but I wasn't impressed that I couldn't sit in my seat and that an employee didn't do anything to help when he saw my ticket and knew I was supposed to sit there

Terrific experience! We were a group of 4, one with mobility challenges, and the staff and fellow fans could not have been more polite, understanding and accommodating. A class operation and typical Upstate hospitality!

My best friend came in town from Canada and since I live in Cuse we thought what a fun way to wrap up winter break than go to a hockey game! Even better our Marlies played. The venue was nice and the energy was nothing but fun and the workers who staffed the venue were the absolute sweetest! One of the best weekends and winter breaks ever!

There is so much energy is the arena. For an AHL team it is worth the trip to visit. Great prices on food and drinks you have to try the Crunch Dog so good.

Ice level seats are the best. Sitting close to the action makes for a much better experience. You're able to see plays develop which makes the game more fun to watch. Especially, when the resultant play turns into a goal.

The hockey game was fantastic! The seats were great and comfortable.

The Syracuse Crunch were on fire! 10-1 final score, I felt bad for the Utica Comets, my home team.

About 15 years ago, we went to a game and it was like something out of a Mad Maxx movie. For that reason, we haven’t been back — until last Saturday. This time, the arena was bright and clean, with all the trappings of food and souvenirs you’d expect. The hockey product was awesome - a very entertaining game with an engaged crowd. Our 6 yr old grandson loved every minute and we did as well. We will definitely return this season and soon. We’re very impressed with the current product on all levels.

had a great time with my wife and son. The outcome of the game wasn't good because the crunch lost but overall enjoyed everything.

i go to 15-20 crunch games per year. great venue, but, the crunch winning would have been better.

Great game in a nice old arena. Non stop action on the ice. Venue is small enough so that you can't get a bad seat. Decent selection of food and beverages. Moderately priced parking close by.
