Good team seats were great all you would need. Crowds are not that bad

The Crunch is always a fun time. It's amazing the bad reviews left by the disappointed Rochester fans. I have seen a lot of hockey at a lot of places in my lie and while it's not quite NHL quality, the Syracuse Crunch and the Onondaga County War Memorial are among the better teams and places in the country. We sat, for the first time, on the stage. The view was great, we sat right next to the goal judge, but the sound is not designed to hit over there, it did take away from the experience, but it was still great. And a great value. The area around the arena only has a few decent bars and restaurants, but it's very close to Armory Square and the University.

Parking was easy and plentiful right near the venue. Venue was okay. Seats were roomy. However, the one of the toilets overflowed in the women's bathroom and the floor was wet throughout the whole game. It was disgusting and should have been cleaned during the game, especially because it was a long game that went into overtime. Also, our seats were in section 124 which are great seats, except when the players are going through the tunnel you are stuck in your section. There should be an alternative to get out at that time. I'm sure there's an emergency route but it's an inconvenience to have to wait to get to the bathroom, food lines, etc.

Screw the crunch. If you want to watch hockey go over to Rochester and watch the Americans

Seats were good. Food was less than adequate as they closed all vending after the start of the 3rd period. 2 overtime game and you couldn't even by a Coke. Sound system was poor. Ice and ice maintenance was even poorer. I don't understand how the AHL even allows play in that building.

We had real good seats. Getting in and out was quick and easy. Ushers were friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative was we bought pretzels at a stand and they may have been the worst stadium food I’ve ever purchased.

The entire experience from watching our local Syracuse Crunch was amazing from start to finish. The whole game was intense and we were constantly on our toes. We had awesome seats for just the right price. We couldn't have asked for better seating (Second row (Syracuse Crunch SOG x2). P.S. And the Syracuse Crunch won 4-2 🏆

When to see Syracuse Chruch vs Rochester Americans very satisfying game.

Good game, but they no longer serve ANY regular lager beer at the venue. Will not be going back until they correct this.

The venue was easy to access and parking convenient. This was my grandson’s first Live hockey game and he loved it. Seats were great, food options very good and we stayed for autographs at the end and the Crunch dud not disappoint.

This event was electric as the atmosphere was phenomenal. I loved the look of the arena and the staff was amazing. I would gladly buy tickets again at the price I did to see another Syracuse Crunch game.

We had great seats. The Crunch is a very good team. They are excellent players all around. I was so impressed by the talent. They played the Rochester Americans, who also are an excellent team. It was so much fun watching such talented athletes, anybody who loves hockey will not be disappointed. These guys are pros. I’m so glad to have gone, and plan on going to more games.

Great game. Venue improvements are a positive thing. Keep taking that venue in the right direction.

We have attended a number of Syracuse Crunch games in the past few years. Our comments are always the same...there is adequate parking nearby, the facility is very nice - well kept, sufficient clean bathrooms, lighting is great. Our negative comments are, a better selection of beers is needed as not everyone appreciates IPA style beer. AND, our biggest complaint - the sound system needs a serious upgrade. The sound system seems to be constantly at the loudest/highest volume possible which makes for an uncomfortable evening of hockey. Also, as the system is apparently older and so loud most of what is transmitted is inaudible.

love the quaintness of the arena but noise control definitely needed. Sound just sits there and is piercing. food was good and attendants customer service oriented. would definitely go back but with strong earplugs.

The seats I purchased on Ticketmaster didn’t actually exist. This being a playoff game the place was basically sold out. The arena staff was kind and move us up on the glass, but I feel like the situation could’ve been avoided. Buyer be warned when purchasing tickets in the last row

For being an NHL affiliated team, I was expecting more from this arena. My local D1 college hockey team has a bigger arena with more seating and space for concessions. The worst part of the arena was the sound. They had the speakers cranked up to the max and the audio output was atrocious. They really need to work on the sound system. My ears were ringing from how poor the audio was and how loud they had it. I was looking around he crowd and a majority of the kids would have their ears covered any time the announcer was screaming into the mic. Syracuse, you're the affiliate for the Tampa Bay lightning and your arena is the equivalent of a high school auditorium. Do better.
