The seats I purchased on Ticketmaster didn’t actually exist. This being a playoff game the place was basically sold out. The arena staff was kind and move us up on the glass, but I feel like the situation could’ve been avoided. Buyer be warned when purchasing tickets in the last row
For being an NHL affiliated team, I was expecting more from this arena. My local D1 college hockey team has a bigger arena with more seating and space for concessions. The worst part of the arena was the sound. They had the speakers cranked up to the max and the audio output was atrocious. They really need to work on the sound system. My ears were ringing from how poor the audio was and how loud they had it. I was looking around he crowd and a majority of the kids would have their ears covered any time the announcer was screaming into the mic. Syracuse, you're the affiliate for the Tampa Bay lightning and your arena is the equivalent of a high school auditorium. Do better.
They have a ridiculous bag policy and I had to walk my purse back to the car and missed large part of first period. It seems a lot of places are targeting women caring purses, and we have reasons to care them. They don’t always want to carry a clear bag, perhaps men should leave their wallets in the car to make it fair.
The game was awesome and the team is fun to watch, but their announcer needs to stop screaming into the microphone! I know he thinks he’s energizing the crowd, but he’s too much and the PA system in the arena makes all his screaming simply painful. There’s a reason most people in the crowd had their hands over their ears!
The crunch are a good team I enjoy going to the war Memorial Arena to see them play and to show my support to the team
The Crunch experience is a blast. People are great. The facility is perfect. Not a bad seat in the house.

Someone was in my seats I ordered, and they wouldn't move. I had to sit behind some really big people that I struggled to see over.
My friends and I were sitting in the back row and got upgraded to the second row! I was having a bad day, so the upgrade was so insanely amazing. They were so kind and it was such a fun experience. I can't think of a single bad thing to say!

Purchased tickets Online, many good seats for this game - easy parking - 1-block - good seats in 200 level, Exciting game from 1sy puck drop to the OT finish.... we'll be back for more games.
Had no idea it was Pride night nor that hockey was hosting such - sweet! The rainbow uniforms were lovely and that Crunch won 5-1 was even better. My pal Dan and I have ice level seats for next to last game this coming Friday looking forward to it and post-season play.
Great atmosphere, would love a discounted promo rate to a few games, parking, tickets, and food got expensive, not sure I can afford another trip this year. Had a great time though!!!!
Great game, lots of scoring (4-3 we won!) but wow! Noisiest fans directly behind us and the arena speakers nearby. Our next seats are ice level and my pal and I are really looking forward to it. Liked it so much, I might buy some more tickets before my pal and I final game in April.
First off i had a digital ticket from ticketmaster that won't load to scan at all, customer service helped out right away. The game and seats were awesome and our family had a great time.
We had a blast!! We also received upgraded seats which was a great experience.. Everything that night was just perfect!!
We enjoyed our experience, my someday sister in law and I got tickets for our sweethearts for Valentine’s day! I ended up sitting next to the stinky kid in class. The lady smelled like straight up schwety ballz. Overall experience was great!
I enjoyed the game even though our team did not win. The parking, though, cost $15. Food outrageously expensive as well.
Paid extra to have tickets mailed, never got but they still charged me. Phone # is just a recording. Sent email, only reply was link to FAQ.
Right on the glass for the game. Great price downloaded tickets to my iphone and scanned them at the entry super good times
