Swedish House Mafia is a house music supergroup comprised of DJ/producers Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso. Each of the group members is an accomplished DJ/producer and label owner in his own right. The Swedish group initially teamed up in the mid-2000s, when they toured together as DJs and collaborated from time to time on one another's productions. Eric Prydz was also a member of the group for a while. Axwell, Angello, and Ingrosso's breakout performance as Swedish House Mafia came on August 12, 2008, when they played the Main Room at Cream Amnesia in Ibiza, Spain, as part of Radio 1's Essential Mix Ibiza. A couple years later the trio signed a major-label recording contract with EMI and made their commercial production debut with the summer 2010 anthem "One," also known as "One (Your Name)," the latter version featuring Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes on vocals. This concert changed all of that. It was the best vibe I've ever felt and the dj's straight killed it! If anybody Gets a chance to see these guys you better do it. I already owe my first born son to my friend who gave me the tickets. I will jock this band for the rest of my life... No joke

It's always such a bummer to go see a good DJ in a club that has a mediocre system. I went to The Beach Club to see Steve Aoki earlier in the summer. His performance was impeccable but their sound system couldn't handle it and kept cutting out. I totally recommend any show at The Joint and of course I love Axwell, Steve Angelo and Sebastian Ingrosso!!!! What a great Halloween :) ps Can someone please open a club in Vegas with the sound system ICE had. That was the best!!

I wanted SHM to start at midnight but we were not allowed into the venue until about 10:30 and SHM didn't start their set until 1:30am. The after party price was $25 for males and $100 for females....TOO EXPENSIVE. I was paying $11 for water already.

by roseinvegas on 11/2/10The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas - Las Vegasit was my first rave but i loved it!!! one of my favorite parts was when SHM came out with a mix and they were making hearts with their hands and the crowd was responding back. my two girlfriends and my guy friend dressed up for halloween and went out to the rave! i have no idea who the opening act was but they were awesome. when SHM came out around 2 a.m. the crowd really lit up and everyone dance and had a good time. there was fire, confetti, lights, fog, and all the elements of a great show. i will definitely go again and i highly recommend it to everyone!! great energy, great crowd, and great music! plus tiesto showed up with another guest dj and everyone was dancing and having a good time. the show was fantastic and everyone was feeling the vibe of the rave. it was sad when we all had to leave!!

by Benou on 11/2/10The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas - Las VegasThe whole thing was overall really great, I was agreeably surprised by AN21-Steve Angelo's brother, at least of what I heard-who was doing the warm-up. Then the "amazing three" came, and it was, as people who know that kind of DJs will tell you, AMAZING!!!.......BUT (there is always a but ;)), AN21 lasted too long, therefore the Swedish House Mafia came really late (2.40am), everyone was already drunk...so one thing that have to say to Steve Angelo, Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso: "Be here on time", that's why we are paying you for ;).
