  • Amazing vibe

by flashback on 11/10/24Rating: 5 out of 5

I had not heard of the band TBH. I am 60 yo mom who's kid told her these guys were one of the best in his day (44 yo) they were playing with Deftones and Idles I was a fan of both. Deftones was blasted by my 37 YO who also went of course for Chino (what girl wouldn't) I was so pulled in by them and became a dire hard fan. They are a "DON'T MISS"band for me. They live performance is all in and over the top impressive.

  • Fun, energetic, amazing

by Rubbertoe on 11/6/24House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

The band sounded amazing live. The crowd had great energy. Finally getting to hear their great songs like 8, Seven, and Faces in Disguise had me so pumped. Would see them live again!

  • We had so much fun at the Belasco!

by Clam Man on 10/22/24The Belasco - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Such a fun night! Love the Belasco Theater. Great sound. Great Lighting, and most importantly a Great Show by Sunny Day Real Estate! This was their 30th year anniversary. Vocals are still as strong as ever. Really enjoyed the band's energy for the whole show!

  • Sunny Day Real Estate 30th Diary Reunion at the Belasco

by Paul G. on 10/21/24The Belasco - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

I am going to start with saying the sound is not great at the Belasco or at least it wasn't this night. If I was the opener, J. Robbins, I would have been angry. As an opener you hope to gain new fans, but when everything is overblown and sounds like a big mess, you are gaining no new fans. Sunny Day's sound was better, but maybe that's because I already knew their music, but I have a feeling they got a sound check and J. Robbins did not. Sunny Day Real Estate was awesome playing through their entire first album, Diary and then coming back with a few from their other albums, very cool! It was nice to get a spot at the railing with my short lady so she had a great view the whole show. Cool venue, just work on the sound, sound guy.

  • Great concert

by Todd on 10/13/24Fillmore Minneapolis presented by Affinity Plus - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

It was the highlight of my year. Sunny day was astronomical. I had the best time watching them play. It was my first time and I hope it won’t be the last. Best band ever

  • Sound Needs Help.

by Nick on 10/1/24Fillmore Minneapolis presented by Affinity Plus - MinneapolisRating: 2 out of 5

I saw this concert as well as the Badflower show the week before. My experience at both of these shows was that the sound really needs some work, especially compared to other venues in town. I've seen shows here in the past that were good, but the mix was so muddy for all of the bands at BOTH shows that it was hard to tell what was being played. There was a large buildup of mid low end that washed through the room through each bands set. When you know the bands material better than most things, and you can't tell what they're playing, there's something that needs to be addressed. Roy Wilkins Auditorium is known for having bad sound, and unfortunately both of these shows were plagued by the same type of experience.

  • Cash Please

by PJ on 10/1/24Fillmore Minneapolis presented by Affinity Plus - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Show was great! Sound was fantastic, only downside, it’s a credit only, no cash venue. I don’t like supporting places that don’t take cash.

  • Can’t Go Wrong With Sunny Day

by Dave on 8/20/24Summit - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

Great show at a great venue. More personal show than a big venue and Sunny Day sounded like it was 30 years ago.

Irving plaza was a comfortable venue, the crowd was energetic, the band was perfect

  • One of the best live bands I've seen

by reya on 5/18/24Irving Plaza Powered By Verizon 5G - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

It cannot be verbalized how great Sunny Day Real Estate is live. The guitars are tight and all encompassing. The drums are something you only hear from the best musicians. And Jeremy's voice hasn't changed in the slightest. Highly reccomend seeing them live and I'm so glad they're back to touring. Lets hope for a new record.

  • It was incredible and life changing

  • A rad night!!!

by Dylan Berthold on 5/18/24Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

To begin the security was incredibly kind, I was even given the lead guitarists pick by one of the members of security. They took great care of us gave us water and kept eagle eyes on the crowd. The opening band Rocket was amazing, then when Sunny Day Real Estate came out I was sold. SDRE was the absolute best concert I’ve ever been to they played so well so dynamic and the kindness and acknowledgment that had for the crowd made everybody feel cared for. I would do it again undoubtedly. Word.

  • Killer Show!

by Smitty on 5/13/24Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

I've been a fan of Sunny Day Real Estate since the mid-90's so I once I heard that they were touring to celebrate the 30-year anniversary of the release of Diary, I knew I was going. They did not disappoint! They opened up with "8"(one of my favorites), which was originally on the Pink album but added to the re-release of Diary. From that point on, they ran through the entire Diary album and concluded with a four song encore. For about two hours, the band killed it while the crowd sang along to every song. Absolutely incredible show. Hands down, one of the best shows I've ever seen.

  • Diary 30th Anniversary Show (Lawrence, KS)

by Log on 3/18/24Liberty Hall - LawrenceRating: 5 out of 5

Brought me back to my emo youth in full. Jeremy (Singer) sounded like he hadn't aged a day and William (Drummer) was killer!
