Band sounded great. Crowd was totally into the show. Cool staff. House of Blues SD just another venue with poor ventilation.
Venue was good, it was a Tuesday so it was $15 beer night which was cool, sound was decent, overall was a reasonable experience. Obviously I went for Streetlight Manifesto which crushed it, they’re an amazing live band that was really tight and had tons of energy, it’s been years since I’ve been to a ska show and these guys delivered in spades.
This is probably the 18th time I've seem them over the course of 14 years and it's always a great time. Nicest fans ever, best show ever, best band ever. I always leave covered in other people's sweat.
I went straight into the mosh pit and came out soaking in sweat 3 hours later. Time of my life.
What an incredible venue! I’m not used to the city life, but it was easy to get to! The line to get in was long, but entry was executed seamlessly! The drinks were expensive, but that’s to be expected. Staff was super nice and accommodating.
Streetlight always puts on an excellent show. While I love when they celebrate full albums, it's nice to have a variety show again with lots of hits spanning their career. The crowd is friendly, the bartenders are on point (they even had signature cocktails this time, can't remember seeing those before), and the sound was great. Thanks for a great show, per usual!
I've been a fan of Streetlight for about 15 years now, and a regular attendee of their shows for about 8 (typically seeing them anywhere from 1-3 times a year, when they tour). They hit the stage with the same unparalleled intensity every. single. time. they take the stage. No matter what day of the week, no matter what show this is in the grand layout of their tour, they give their best performance and the fans are ravenous for it. Shows are loaded with extreme energy, intense crowd participation, enormous mosh pits loaded with everyone having fun and no one getting hurt...whether you know the music or not, you can't help but have fun at a Streetlight show. If you've never seen them, just go see them. If you see them regularly, buy some merch. Bands that try this hard are few and far between, and these guys deserve to live like kings for the level of talent and enthusiasm for their craft that they exude.
Everything was perfect from the opening act to the lighting that focused on the band members. Streetlight put on an amazing show and the sound quality was superb. We flew out from Houston to see them, and every year they tour we'll be back for more!
Enjoyed the energy, vibes, and especially the wonderful musicians onstage!!
This was the first show I attended since the Covid shutdowns halted fun across the country (for good reason tho!). Streetlight was great and the opening act, Catbite also great! The Fillmore in MD was an extremely cool location. Drinks seemed a bit pricey but thats kinda expected. I only wish the place remained open after the bands were done so we could have drank and listened to more great music, even if it wasnt live. :)
The show was amazing ! However, the lines were just insane. Just to enter you had to wait 45 minutes qhile the first part was already started and afterwards it was a good 20 ot 25 minutes to get to the coatcheck. The sound wasn't amazing but alright. The end of he show was a nightmare! I just couldn't help but think about safety issues. Everyone was rushing to get out and it took at least 40 minutes to get from the show to the coatcheck. Also people couldn't easily get out so a lot of people tried pushing to make their way. Overall, the show was amazing (once again) but I would not go to this venue again.
This was my 9th time seeing Streetlight. I've seen them in Orlando, FL, Silver Spring, MD, Baltimore, MD, and Sayreville, NJ (their home-town venue), and they NEVER disappoint. Few bands try very hard with the music they release today, and many acts display that fact on stage. I've been going to every Streetlight show I can physically make it to for about 6 years now and the band hits the stage with the same insane level of energy every. single. time. When you watch them it's impossible to believe they do this exact same thing 3 or 4 nights a week for months at a time. They're running, jumping, spinning, laughing, smiling, joking with each other, as if it's their first time in the spotlight, not as if they've already been on tour doing this for 10 months already this year (which is often the truth). Their fans are ravenous! They return the same energy that Streetlight's stage presence delivers, and the crowd is just about as entertaining to watch as the guys on stage! Whether you know their music or not, you WILL enjoy a Streetlight Manifesto show. Try as you might but you cannot stand still..it's physically impossible. Buy the tickets, hit the show, and I'll see you at the next one! Bring a friend next time!
I’ve seen many A list bands at this venue and none have filled a room with more passionate fans than steeetlight. It felt like an I’ll ages show back in the late 90’s when I first experienced catch 22. Tomas has not lost his passion and it really made for an amazing show.
Of course I expected a mosh pit at a concert like this, and I totally get it. Some people love them, but I'm not one of them, mostly because I'm smaller than most other audience members. I just didn't like, even at the very edge, I was still slammed into the railing and my friend's tooth cut his lip open. But other than that it was a great experience.
I love streetlight and they put in an amazing show as usual, and the venue was awesome. Great ambiance and enough room to have your own space. But the sound should have been way louder. I was all the way at the front at times and still struggled to hear the singer. I've never been at a live show and thought that the music should be louder. It was still a fun show, just could've been a little better with that adjustment.
One of the best shows I’ve been to in a long time. House of Blues is a great venue
Not only were our seats incredible, but the show was absolutely amazing. The sound was perfect, the staff was friendly and the music was perfect! Best show in a long time. Well worth upgrading to VIP! Your own server and bathrooms is awesome.
Mike Park and Kitty is always a pleasure. Just delightful people. And Streetlight Manifesto is always on top of their game. The parking structure is always dumb but let's face it, it's about who books the ska.
Streetlight always puts on an amazing show. Such a strong group of talented musicians, they never disappoint. Great music, tons of fun.
Streetlight is the greatest band of all time and after seeing them in a couple other cities I can say Denver has the best crowds for them.
