    Skaters/AWESOME

by fallenkid on 5/9/11KeyArena - Seattle

The show was great, the seats were great. It was very disappointing that only a few skaters would give autographs to the kids. But the biggest let down for my son and friend was that Rob Dyrdek really was not involved at all. Spoke a little before and that was it. He would not even look at the kids in the crowd, let alone sign autographs. He even made Mikey stop signing autographs. He was yelling at him to not sign any autographs. We thought that was very odd and controlling. I can tell you that my son use to watch his show all the time, but that he says no more:(

    NOT KID FRIENDLY

by FORRESTP on 5/9/11KeyArena - Seattle

Was'nt impressed with the showmanship of the skate boarders. They seamed to be irritated with signing autographs for the kids. I took my 9yr old and my 15 yr old sons and they too thought that it could have been more interactive with the kids that came to the show. Rob D should have also been more involved, he presented the show and then just facilitated the event. No showmanship from him either. Very disappointing show and felt cheated out of the price of the tickets

    Street League skateboarding

    by moni2pe on 5/9/11KeyArena - Seattle

My son and I both agreed that it was an awesome event. Talented skateboarders and awesome tricks. We do wish we had the opportunity to get more autographs from skaters such as Ryan scheckler, Paul Rodriguez, Chaz, and of course Rob D!

    Excellent

by Wildzonie on 8/31/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

Rob put on an excellent show. It's nice to see that pro skateboarders are getting paid good $$$. Nice course, needs to have louder music and some fireworks or better lighting to get the crowd going (supercross style). Phoenix was a nice virgin stop. Hope you make another trip out next year. Also some 1/2 pipe skateing would be nice for us old timer.

    Disappointed

by TSchultz on 8/31/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

The event was great, except the signings were a nightmare. My Husband attended this was our 6 year old son, who loves Rob Dyrdek. They got in line at 3pm for Rob Dyrdeks signature, missing the last hour of the competition. Only to get the line shut down at 6pm with only a few people in front of them. There was alot of kids cutting in line, not enough security to keep it orderly like it should have been. My son was devistated and cryed all the way home! I realize that Rob can't stay there forever and there is time limits to these signings, but if it was kept more orderly, he might have had the chance! He was so close. This was a HUGE disappointment.

    Street League was impressive

by AZcardsfan on 8/30/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

I took my teenage son and nephew to the show, but I ended up enjoying it just as much as they did. The instant scoring made it exiting and forced the athletes not only land their tricks, but really take some risks when they fell behind. I don't know all the names of the tricks, but you don't have to, you just know it takes a lot of work and dedication to get that good. I was really in awe the whole afternoon. As a parent you can enjoy the atmosphere. The crowds were great. I can't take my kids to football game anymore with unruly crowds, but no problem taking them to Street League.

Street League Skateboarding DC Pro Tour was Great

    by Stevealwayswins1 on 8/30/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

The show and the talent that it incluided was beyond. The fact that the skateboarders are this good at the professional level really separates them as it does in other sports.

StreetLeague Skateboarding was worth the tickets!

by Fourforfun on 8/30/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

The Street League Skateboarding Event was super fun for the whole family. Very relaxed chill atmosphere. My 5 and 7 yr. old were excited to see the pro skaters. Even scored some autographs. DC went above and beyond outside with the crowd. Free snowcones, DJ giving away prizes, bags as you entered the door, pictures e-mailed directly to you. Refreshing that these things did not cost extra as most often at events they do . In the future would have like to see a special autograph time with all the skaters. And Rob autographing inside. AZ heat overwhelming to stand in with little ones. Overall though we had a great time !

    Street League Skateboarding Pro Tour

by CaliAlex on 8/30/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

The event was awesome but disappointed that Rob didnt follow through on signing. The stadium announcer told us to go outside to the DC van and wait for him. It was over 100 degrees there, we waited, then the security told us to wait at Gate 1. We went there and they said go back to the DC van. The people at DC van said Rob wasn't coming there and they left.

    Wicked event

    by Sk8rMineAli on 8/30/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

Would have liked to have seen more of the preliminary round(s). The tickets were expensive for the amount of skateboarding that was actually seen. The directions for autograph signing were confusing and resulted in many, many disappointed kids.

NO DISAPPOINTMENT STREET LEAGUE 4 LIFE

by DBhuffnstuff on 8/29/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

How many people can say they seen Chris Cole, Ryan Sheckler, Sean Malto, Chaz Ortiz, T Pud, and P Rod, etc. throw down flawlessly and witness skateboarding history on a first time ever real life scoring system. NOT MANY, I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE.

    Street League was the best!!!

    by Jojo520 on 8/29/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

My son patiently waited a whole month for his birthday present. All he wanted this year was to go to the Street League event. He knows that money is tight and it was a big maybe, but he hung in there and we made it happen. We enjoyed all of the different events such as taking pictures in front of the Biggest Skateboard, the free DC bags with DC hand towels, free snow cones served in DC cups, playing beanbags toss for prizes, signing the super suede bull, taking pictures in front of the Rob Dyrdek backdrops, and purchasing some of the many DC and Street League logo items, but....During the break before the finals, we ran into one of the staff members who asked us if we wanted to sit on the floor to watch the skaters a little closer. So she gave us some wrist bands and asked us to follow her to the floor. We sat right in front of the stage. We took lots of pics and were within feet of all the skaters and Rob himself! Well it turns out that the wrist bands were actually VIP wrist bands of some sort. We got into a VIP room where we were able to have free Monster energy drinks and refreshments. My son and I were star struck when Rob walked into the room and was taking a couple of pictures with people. unfortunately he had to leave so we didn't get our chance, but my son did get a picture with Professional Skate boarder Eric Koston, and Big Cat from Fantasy Factory. The icing on the cake was that we got to go back stage and eventually got a picture and an autograph with Rob, and we got to talk to his dad Gene. All in all....Pretty much the best day of my son's 13 yr old life! Thanks Rob....Great Event!!!!

    Street Skateboarding was EPIC

by VindrDrottningu on 8/29/10JOBING.COM ARENA - Glendale

It was even more amazing then my wildest dreams, got to see some awesome tricks, got a few autographs, not everyones, so the only thing I would say needs improved is that there shouldn't be a cut off of how many people can be in the autograph line.
