This is a riveting, fantastic show. Everyone should see it at least once in their lifetime. It is funny, creative and original. I love it!
Enjoyed the show! Surprisingly there is comedic humor intertwined throughout the show, I wasn't expecting to laugh so much. Thank you for the laughter & fun!
STOMP was just amazing. I've seen the show three times over several years' time and it just gets better and better. The performers are incredibly talented and very engaging.
Stomp was the best I'd seen! I have seen it lots of times but Saturdays show was the best! A mix of old and new stuff! A lot funnier this time! Cast did a great job!
This show was really great. Had been wanting to see it for some time. Very energetic and innovative. There is no intermission in the show but it was still great.
For a show where the performers do not speak, it was so entertaining, wonderfully choreographed, funny and a perfect example of unity. Everyone one who works together should trust each other.
I've wanted to see Stomp live for a long time. Unfortunately, all we could afford were nosebleed section seats but it was still mesmerizing . Should I go again I'll save up for Mezzanine seats.
The eight performers were so talented and their timing was spot on....... The moments of comic relief were hysterical at times and quite unsuspected. Amazing how they could make music out of practically anything...... even someone's teeth.
Third time I've seen Stomp; each one was different, and each one was delightful. Lots of energy, great moves and of course sound. Overall just fun!
This event was fabulous, as predicted, and as we had been told by friends who had seen it. The imagination, creativity, and choreography were unbelievable. No words were spoken, but the audience was entranced. There was enthusiastic audience participation in some of the acts. It is a comedy, too! The humor caused audible laughter from the children in the audience, including one child who clearly said, "He is funny!" In addition to some jaw-dropping acts, music was provided in a few of them. What impressed me the most was that this was a family event, appropriate for ALL ages. Very highly recommended. It will not disappoint. Standing ovation well deserved.
This has been on my bucket list to do since I first saw a billboard on the interstate years ago in Birmingham, AL. I loved every single minute of the show. Next time I want to know about it soon enough that I can be on the ground floor, Front and Center!!
I've seen this group a total of 3 times now. My first show was in 2001. I didn't even know they were still performing. They are always amazing. It's entertainment for the entire family! A must see.
This was my second time to see Stomp and they did a wonderful show. Very entertaining and loved that they got the audience involved in the show. I highly recommend this show and I went with three that had no idea what to expect and they loved it.
I talked this show up to both of my kids, ages 8 & 14, and they both said it was much better then they expected. They had seen some youtube clips but its nothing like being immersed in the show.
Thoroughly enjoyed this show! Impressed by the talent and athletic ability of performers!
OK, small stage, undemanding audience, and cigarette lighters clicking in the dark. This was not the road show to spend any money for tickets. For the most part it was organized pushbrooms - breaking into the trash cans every once in awhile.
I love percussion and street performers. So of course I loved the performance. It had a little comedy in there also. I was entirely happy I went!!!
With all the hype and attention given this "unique combination of percussion, movement and visual comedy" - expectations were high. Admittedly this troupe battled a "Monday after a holiday" reschedule due to tornadoes during their original date - which certainly altered the mood of the evening. An extended opening of brooms and tap shoes finally gave way to an often funny and clever round of what looked like a pretty good workout and a lot of noise. The garbage can lids were my personal favorite with the garbage cans themselves a close second. Bottom line - it was just a little bit too much money for what I got. An hour and a half of pots, pans and clapping just wasn't worth the $65 a seat. Price this experience at $25 - and I'd recommend it.
STOMP exceeded my expectations! Loved the venue at Forest Hills Fine Arts Center. The show was energizing, fun, and they don't speak a word. I've been telling people if they ever get the chance see STOMP!!
Totally electrifying! Performances were fantastic! The performers themselves are very talented and need to be for this level of performing.
