Fantastic show, Asia and Steve Augeri were great !! I'd recommend this show to anyone.
The microphone stopped working for along time and so did his guitar and we paid a lot of money for front row seats
Steve Augeri was awesome. Playing Journey songs. Up close and personal at Treasure Island Casino. After the concert saw band members walking around the casino. Wonderful night of memories!
Right from the start there were sound problems. The microphones were problematic. Couldn't hear the lead singers very well at all. Finally the lead mic quit all together. We waited while they replaced it! Still if the mic wasn't sang directly into you couldn't hear anything. Shame on the casino!
It was a fabulous concert! It is too bad that they did not sell more tickets because a lot of people missed a great show! After the concert, Steve stayed to take pictures and chat with the fans. He is a class act! I hope he returns again.
This was probably the most disappointing concert I’ve ever attended. Concert was supposed to take place in the Oshkosh arena, they didn’t sell many tickets so they set up the band and (some) seating in the concourse. Basically stood and watched the band in the hallway, paid $200 for 2 tickets. Very disappointing. We stayed 1/2 hour, drove two hours to watch this….. never again. They should have cancelled it.
Excellent concert, I loved every moment. Keep the greatest coming, will keep coming back.
Light Up was amazing, all be it, too short of a set. I wish they would have played about 4 or 5 more songs. They didn't even have time to play their name sake, Light Up. Really gonna miss Bobby, but I get it. Steve Augeri started off slow. I thought I spent $40 on a washed up singer. However, after about 4 songs things started to turn around for him. His sound and ear piece seemed to start working and things really came around. By the end of the show, he was really rolling. Loved it. This was our first time seeing Steve. I would go again. This was about our 10th time seeing Light Up/ Rythem Method and won't be our last. Facility was very nice.
Lita Ford was decent, but didn't seem particularly energetic. Might have been due to the small crowd of around 1,200 fans at this show. The venue seemed huge in comparison to the attracted audience. Ford spoke to the audience a bit about co-writing with Lemmy Kilmister and promoted her book. But, it seemed that she couldn't sustain a rhythm between songs. Ford's set didn't flow well. Still, I was surprised her set lasted over an hour and she covered her best known material. Steve Augeri was much better, sticking mostly with the Journey catalog.. But,he also included "Whole Lotta Love" and "People Get Ready"and solo material, such as "Riverside." His 100-minute set was quite good, and afterward he signed merchandise and took photos with fans
Took my young daughters to this show. Lita Ford kept it classy. Steve Augeri is a great performer. My daughters we're able to meet him and take a photo with him. Very polite and thankful to his fans. Would go see again.
Didn't know what to expect, but Steve did a great job. He also came out after the show and signed autographs and took pictures.
Steve Augeri sounds great! Steve was dancing and singing on stage like he did back in 1998 when he first started with Journey. He has a band that has the Journey songs down like the back of their hand. His guitarist Adam Holland was making the women wanting more with the way he would play the guitar like Neal Schon. If you are in the area you should see his show. I hear his next big show is on June 17th in Fort Wayne,Indiana at The Foellinger Theatre. I will be at that show, especially since Steve Augeri took Journey all the way into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. That was taking them into a "Higher Place"!
Started a bit off but once Steve got into his groove he and the band put on a great show . The ending of the show was incredible , very original . Played all the hits and Steve 's new song he just recorded was excellent .
The best, seats were amazing. Seats that we bought pre- sale to the public was the best!!!
It was a great show! The band has tons of energy, they are all quite good musicians (the drummer, Tobias Ralph (not the band's regular drummer), was really good), and it was so good to see Steve onstage again. The audience was really enthusiastic (but who doesn't love all those Journey songs, right?), screaming, singing along, and just doing what fans at a rock show do. I ended the night (as usual) with no voice left! It's been a while since we've been to any shows, and I gotta say, I had a really great time! Highlights for me were When You Love a Woman. I love the way Steve sings this one. Higher Place. So, so happy to hear something from Arrival which is one of my favorite Journey albums. The people around me were quite well aware how happy I was to hear that one, too! :D And, of course, Faithfully, which is still my favorite Journey song. All in all, it was a great night, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Steve and band, for a wonderful show.
Fantastic show! The band played for close to 2 hours, Steve sounded great, and he included one of his new singles, In The Moment, along with all the Journey favorites. Very personable. Don't miss this band!
