Stereophonics - I am a bigger fan now!

by ElsieV on 10/13/13The Fonda Theatre - Hollywood

The rocked - simply amazing. I took a friend who did not know Stereophonics and he is a fan now! I am a bigger fan now - bitchen concert! They even played their song from the movie "Crash" - I forgot about this tender song. They played from new album to old favorites such a great Welsh band!

Stereophonics live sounded as good as the albums! I love seeing acts that are huge in other countries but have a small fan base in the States. Was able to get up at the front and the venue was perfect.

    Just what I wanted!

by Sherbs28 on 10/1/13Mill City Nights - Minneapolis

I've been waiting to see Stereophonics in the US for years and they did not disappoint. In the UK they pack stadiums, so it was a real treat to see them in a club setting with 500 other people. Their sound was tight, as if they were playing a stadium. They played a good mix of new stuff off of "Grafitti on the Train" with their hits. Only downside was it was a Sunday night and the show was not sold out, so I feel they cut the set a few songs short. It was awesome nonetheless. Can't wait to see them again!

Loved this show! The band aren't really talkers and went right from one song into the next, but they rocked it the whole time.

Rock n' roll is alive and well....

by MickeyLiam on 9/30/13Saint Andrews Hall - Detroit

Nice to know the stereophonics are keeping rock n roll alive. I've been a fan for 15 years and I am grateful I get to see this arena sized band at very intimate venues. They write great songs and perform a true rock show. Well done. I look forward to the next time thus group comes stateside.

    Great performance. Quite impressed

by Derryophonics on 9/25/13Theatre of Living Arts - Philadelphia

Seen these guys many times. Never disappoint.. New songs are good and the old ones don't get old. Shame they only play in the states about every 5 years. Can't understand why they don't get any recognition here... Amazing band with great songs..

A must see of you like Stereophonics

by Dmitriy on 9/25/13House of Blues Boston - Boston

Stereophonics has a reputation of good live performances. This was my first, but I now understand why they have this reputation! The sound was excellent without that overpowering volume that requires ear plugs. The guys sounded very close to record, much more so than other bands when playing live I was a bit surprised to see the place was not super crowded, but Red Sox were playing next door at the same time. Stereophonics are a bit under promoted for their talent, but this is a good news for a fan! If you like Stereophonics, definitely go see them when you can!

    Great live show

    by leo4gzs on 9/25/13Terminal 5 - New York

Stereophonics are aware that their prime was in the noughties when they released albums and singles that made them one of the most prominent bands in Europe. The albums released this decade, however, were not able to keep with the standards. Their live show manages to keep the magic from the old albums with the best songs from their latest album, giving the fans the best experience they can get in the always under-performing Terminal 5 (worst venue in NYC). These lads can play and they can pull rocknroll and softies in acoustic versions with Kelly Jones' whiskey voice that has become their trademark. Great setlist. Highly recommended for the old fans that were not satisfied with their latest releases and, of course, for the hardcore fans that love everything they do.

    Stereophonics was amazing!

by Veefunk on 9/25/13Terminal 5 - New York

Stereophonics was amazing. Wish they would come to the States more often! This is the second time seeing them (they came to Webster hall 3 years ago ). Ticketmaster did a great job of informing me the band would be on tour in the United States.

Stereophonics - As great as ever!

by PhonicsLover on 9/25/13House of Blues Boston - Boston

This was my first time seeing the Stereophonics since 2005 as they've toured the U.S. sparingly since then. The House of Blues, as its predecessor - the old Avalon - was in its day, was a perfect venue for this band. Great mix of old classics and new songs.

    Stereophonics rocked

by RayniIRE on 9/25/13Terminal 5 - New York

Awesome gig. Was surprised with the following they had in New York. Went to the concert as part of my vacation in the Big Apple and the Welsh lads didn't disappoint.

    High energy

    by hardrockhockey1 on 9/25/13Terminal 5 - New York

I'm a huge fan and have no complaints! The band was tight and full of energy! Kelly's voice was in fine form, and their new drummer was great!!! I've been waiting a long time to see them, and they did not disappoint. It's a shame they haven't hit in the states....Next show Friday night in Detroit, can't wait

    Amazing Band

    by Oasis123 on 9/25/13Terminal 5 - New York

The Stereophonics never really made it in the USA and I have no idea why not. They are one of the tightest bands you will ever see live. On top of that their music is simply amazing Kelley Jones delivers spot on vocals live. Do yourself a favor and see these guys or at least listen to all their albums from start to finish.

    Loved it!!

by Anonymous on 9/25/13House of Blues Boston - Boston

These guys were great. I had seen them once at a festival, but never in a small venue like this. They were energetic and played a great mix of new and old songs. Kelly's voice was amazing - it always surprises me that such powerful vocals can come out of such a little body :) I would highly recommend going to see them - it's well worth it. You'll leave feeling energized and happy.

    Stereophonics were immense

by Mibt on 9/25/13Terminal 5 - New York

An unforgettable gig. Kelly Jones' voice is so powerful and pitch perfect, the sound, just one hit song after another. I would have gone every night if I could. Amazing.
