  • Steel Panther was the bomb

by SteelPantherfan on 5/12/13The National - RichmondRating: 5 out of 5

One of the absolute best metal shows i have ever been to in a venue that was totally awesome.I would definately go back to see them again especially at The National.

  • DEATH TO ALL BUT METAL!

by MichaelStarYouMothaFucka on 5/8/13The National - RichmondRating: 5 out of 5

Steel Panther used to be a Van Halen cover band, so they are terrific live. They gave a high energy performance, played all of the songs well, and were very amusing between songs as well. I highly recommend their shows.

  • Steel Panther rocked and was hilarious

    by bobbyd66 on 5/6/13The National - RichmondRating: 5 out of 5

I had forgotten how good 80's hair metal was to see in concert. Steel Panther is talented and tight when it comes to playing. Sound was great, costumes/wigs were perfect and the attitudes were dead on. I liked the banter between songs as much as the rocking music. The deadpan playing of sexist playboys while gently mocking/paying homage to the likes of Poison and Def Leppard was hilarious. Great audience interaction. Would love to see them again!

  • STEEL PANTHER ROCKS AGAIN.

This was my second time seeing this band. First time at The National in Richmond. I have been a fan for about two years now and love the live show. Very energetic! They played all the best songs from their albums except Weenie Ride. The opening act Hillbilly Herald was a perfect match. I bought their albums in the lobby. Now, I'm a fan of them too.

Most Excellent show, Hillbilly Harold started the night off right, very tight band, Steel Panther just simply kicked Richmond's ass but did not give Richmond " The Shocker" all in all great show.

  • This is a must see show

by Anonymous on 5/3/13STAGE AE - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

If you haven't heard of Steel Panther yet, you should look into them. They are an extremely entertaining band. I've had the opportunity to see many world-class acts as well as many lesser known acts and I've had some great concert experiences. This show stands up there with some of the best and most entertaining performances I have ever seen. The level of musicianship at the technical level is well worth the price of admission and the combination of great, well performed, music and comedy makes for one of the most fun shows you will see just about anywhere. The last time they came to Pittsburgh, they played at a small club. I went to see them and they were great. This show was played at Stage AE and the place was packed which shows that they're moving up in the world a little and this is a good thing. Seeing them perform in a larger setting only intensified the experience and enhanced the already well-thought-out stage show this band is known for delivering. I would recommend this show to anyone (well, anyone except those that have an aversion to crude humor) even if you don't really care for their style of music, which is basically '80s metal. If you missed them this time, make it a point to come see them the next time they are in town. You will not regret it.

  • Steel panther best show

  • Steel Panther is the best

by metalbutt on 5/3/13Culture Room - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Steel Panther put on a great show. The music was great, the lyrics were clear, the antics were terrific, it was all awesome. I would go again right now if they were playing.

  • FUN show!

Probably the best Monday night I've ever had. Kick-@ss show!

  • Fetish costume party

by nenangelita on 5/2/13Culture Room - Ft LauderdaleRating: 2 out of 5

If you are ready to wait 2h for a band that you paid for to come out to sing, if you like fetish party costumes and long flat cynical jokes that’s the concert you should go. I give two stars just because the band sounds good. If they concentrate more on the music and sing lyrics appropriate for most of the folks then they really can pull it off. They have the potential but they limit themselves on the audience. That was my first time seeing that band, I was curious, but I don’t think I’ll repeat it.

Literally one of the best experiences. Steel Panther is probably one of the best bands currently out. I would highly recommend seeing Steel Panther any chance they are around. The show is absolutely hilarious and the music rocks. The guys are fantastic people as well. It is a must see.

  • Steel Panther was Amaze-BALLS!

by DrunkenMermaid on 5/1/13Culture Room - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

I've luv'd Steel Panther since Metal Skool and am so stoked they finally made it to Fort Lauderdale! I hope they come back soon! My only wish is that they bring back some of their awesome covers (journey, backstreet boys) to intersperse with their hilarious originals. Will definitely go see them every time they come down!

  • Steel Panther Ft. Lauderdale

    by Biggyman10 on 5/1/13Culture Room - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome show at the Culture Room. Small club, packed, crowded, but great intimate show from an amazing band, hysterical guys. Seen em in Vegas, this was way better!

  • Steel Panther could have filled a larger venue

by rockdoctor on 5/1/13Culture Room - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

I had been waiting along time for Steel Panther to make it to South Florida and thought that I'd have to go to Vegas or LA to see them. They did not disappoint. Not only do they spoof the 80's hair metal bands with their unique raunchy act and music, but they are also quality musicians, which to me matters most of all. Their chatter between songs was funny and added to the act. The Culture Room in Ft. Lauderdale is a very small venue and the show was essentially sold out. I had to watch some of it from the very edges of the show room or on the big screen TVs throughout the venue. Would love to see them again at a larger venue when they come back to South Florida.

Very excellent show, Death to all, but metal! They performed a really large audience involved set.
