STAIND IN CONCERT:
With three consecutive No. 1 albums of anthemic nu metal in the '00s, Staind became one of the most successful alt-rock groups of the decade. Blending muscular guitar shredding and singer Aaron Lewis's emotional, melodic lyrics, the band's impressive live shows span their entire discography, treating fans to studio-perfect renditions of their biggest hits alongside alternative, countrified versions of songs like "Mudshovel."
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Formed in Massachusetts in 1994, Staind started out playing hard rock covers in local clubs before self-releasing their 1996 debut Tormented. While they only pressed four thousand copies, the album garnered enough attention to land them a deal with Flip Records and the production assistance of Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst for their 1999 follow-up Dysfunction. The album received favorable reviews and drew comparisons to nu metal legends like Korn, but its reception paled in comparison to 2001's Break the Cycle, an international No. 1 and multi-platinum smash. The band's next four albums would all land in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200, establishing an impressive catalog of hits and building anticipation for the band's rumored return to the studio in 2014.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"Staind was unbelievable. The band sounded amazing. Aaron's voice gives you chills live. They played everything...They even played quite a few new songs which they totally killed on."
"Staind dug deeply into their classics to get the crowd going. Aaron Lewis was great and seemed to be having fun during an audience participation sequence. Staind played every song I wanted to hear plus more so I left very satisfied."
"I expected a top flight show from Staind and got it...they exceeded my expectations. They had a great mix of hard and soft music; all Staind."

When Seether & Staind performed, the sound was so loud & distorted, that if you didn't know the song, you wouldn't know what they were singing.
Aaron Lewis was so entertaining in his voice was so large and awesome! The whole band they sounded better than on the radio. It was just a wonderful wonderful night.
Great show and great energy. Apparently this has to be 50 characters minimum
This may have been the best Staind show I've been too and I've been to alot. The sound and graphics were amazing!
The show and line up was incredible, I will say there was not a lot of crowd interaction, which some people might like, but it was all business all about the setlist and songs. I will say the production and sets themselves where excellent with very few popular songs from their catalogs being left out. Over all it was a great experience and having seen one of tge bands 11 times, would definitely pay to see them again.
I took my sons, 24 and 28, for their birthdays, along with their friends. We had a blast! Staind and Seether as well as the opening bands were awesome. The music and the graphics were exceptional! We hope to see them in concert again. The bands exceeded our expectations.
Loved the classic part of Staind’s concert. I always enjoy Aaron Lewis either as a rock star or country music artist. Seether was good. My wife liked them better than Staind. Loved Oak mountain in the spring
Excellent show with Seether, Saint Astonia and Tim Montana was the best. I had never heard of Tim Montana. I’m hooked now.
Had a really good time, I thought the tickets were reasonably priced
Aaron might look like he should be mowing the yard in New Balance now but the years have done nothing to his voice. The man can still wail with the best. Hope I get to see them again in the future.
I’ve been a fan of Staind for 25 years and this was the first time I've been able to see them in concert. They did not disappoint! Great show!! So great we got tickets to see them in Charlotte in September!! I will fulfill another thing I’ve always wanted to do… be in the pit!!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
This is our 2nd time seeing staind at Oak mountain. They are always good. But it sounded like the music was drowning out his voice. It was corrected on the slower songs and he sounded fantastic. Seether was great my first time seeing them. Well 8 didn’t really seee them because there was NO light on them. They were just backlit. So strange. Maybe that’s how they wanted it but thumbs down on that part. I love the oak mountain venue it is so beautiful and an outside venue makes voices and music sound so much better!
Everything was great about this concert experience. The venue was exceptional. Parking and entering was a breeze. The weather was perfect! The concert was amazing, from the opening bands to Seether and then Staind. They did not disappoint! Thanks again for a great show
Had a great time. Great light shows they were really good.
We loved Seether!!! They were awesome!!! Staind was good too:) Make Seether come back!!
Seen staind at least 4× ,but this time they were totally revamped, sounding like almost slipknot,w tge yelling was awesome!!and seether was always good, and even st astonia was brilliant!!loved it
I love Seether so much and Staind! Thr 2smaller bands that opened up were also great.I wish I could travel all yr to see Seether and Staind again!!!!great light shows too.Staind was a little too loud but i still was amazed and loved the show! Thanks Seether and Staind i would love to meet you backstage onr day..Keep making music 4ever.I love yall! J from Biloxi
First Bank Amphitheater has quickly became my favorite place to catch a concert, as Staind and Seether made my second visit to this lovely little town just south of Nashville. That makes a venue I want to support as a native Tennessean. FBA is a 3.5 hr drive for me from East TN, but it is easy on, easy off to reach the destination. Saint Asonia kicked the set off to get the crowd warmed up. I was (shockingly) unfamiliar with this band, but as soon as Adam and the boys started into the Three Days Grace songs, it all came flooding back to me. Great start. Then Seether. I have waited years to see these guys, and they did NOT disappoint. Neither did Staind. I have to admit, when Aaron starts into one of the slower songs, then transitions into the "growl", it will make your hair stand on end. Well worth the wait for my new fave place to catch a show. Kudos!
Awesome as always. Loved all the band. What a great night
