What an unforgettable evening....yes, we froze a bit but everything was perfect from the steadily falling snow to the Hawks domination of the Penguins....amazing, amazing experience....felt like a kid again playing hockey on the pond.....let's do it again!!
This was an excellent event. Watching the Hawks outdoors was setup well inside the stadium. Parking could've been managed better
Even with snow falling throughout the day and the game, the Stadium Series game between the Chicago Blackhawks & Pittsburgh Penguins was a memorable one. A cool experience and atmosphere at a nice venue of Soldier Field, a good game (if you're a Blackhawks fan) and overall a lot of fun.
Sorry, I was disappointed I received the email to purchase tickets as a presale for The Blackhawks from Ticketmaster. I thought we would get the best seats this way. I bought 5 tickets, 2 of which were at the very top of the stadium. (the other 2 were in the last row) and I went on at 10 AM for the presale. I think I learned my lesson....The folowing day when they went on sale to the public, friends had better seats than myself. I even called the blackhawks to tell them about the tickets I got as a special presale. They said they had no control of what ticketmaster sold as a presale The event was great, but I didn't expect last row seats when getting them one day earlier than the public. Rita
My 3rd outdoor experience for hockey events and this one was the best yet!
This experience was excellent and very memorable. My family all had a terrific time. To be among all those hockey fans was truly incredible.
Yes it was very cold but we were prepared. We had a great time. Great seats for seeing a hockey game inside a football stadium.
This was the worst event I have ever been too. The stadium was horrible. It took almost 30 minutes to use the restroom and get a hot chocolate. It was cold and snowing and there was no staff to be found. Never again.
This is one of the GREATEST sporting events I have ever attended.
Being in an outdoor snow globe watching my favorite hockey team win was an event I'll never forget!

What an amazing experience! Th game was great and the atmosphere incredible. It was cold but completely worth it.
There were plenty of reasons to hate the event: bitter cold, biting wind, limited visibility, being buried in snow but it was one of the most exciting sports events I've personally witnessed.
This was the BEST game! I drove in from Maryland to see my beloved Blackhawks and would do it again.

The 2014 Coors Light Stadium Series game with the Blackhawks playing the Penguins was phenomenal!! The weather was crazy, but so surreal and awesome with all the snow! It's the way a winter outdoor hockey game should be viewed! My only complaint is that both the Blackhawks website as well as the Soldier Field website said that the Shuttles were running from the Millenium Park garage...they were not. Had to take taxis and missed the National Anthem sung by one of the best out there...something that during a Hawks game should not be missed.
Decisive victory by Jonathan Toews with 2 goals and 1 assist. It was everything you could want in an event and then some. Crazy weather, crazy fans and a great win for our team. Great entertainment between periods. We would go again in a heartbeat.
What can I say? What a spectacular way to showcase our beloved Blackhawks amazing skills than outdoors in this beautiful city?! The game was terrific, a hockey fan's dream! The weather was brutal, and the stadium was full of die hard fans from both sides. We all bonded together for our love of the game, and what better venue than Soldier Field, a legend unto itself. Clearly, from the fireworks, sportscasters, celebrities, both our Blackhawk and Bears heroes, and musical choices, Plain White T's and Blues Brothers, it had all the pageantry we could want on a frigid Chicago night. Top night!
If this was a once in a lifetime event (it was), I can die now.
The Cadillac Club was a little crowded but a good retreat between periods.
