by louandm on 12/28/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterIt's great to see a Division I college basketball game played in Rochester, NY. Especially St. Bonaventure, because my daughter is an alumni. They get a great turnout in Rochester, because there are so many alumni in the area. We don't always get to see the team play at St. Bonaventure due to travel conditions in winter. I'd say it's a pretty good money-maker for the city too. The arena sold quite a few tickets and I'm sure the nearby restaurants benefited.
