Allegiant Stadium is very nice. Easy walk from close-by hotels. Staff friendly and helpful.

First college bowl, what better place than allegiant stadium!

Beavs won and the security line at the stadium moved faster than I’ve ever seen at a stadium.

Ticket purchase and entry to the game were smooth. Awesome facility, easy access, and comfortable seating! A good size arena with good views! Many of the workers were helpful and friendly.

Taxi drop off was half mile from gate no provisions for ada drop off or pickup. No one knew where taxi stands were. Vendors ran out of products one on 3rd level ran out of cheese for nachos in 2nd qtr. Hamburger place was lined up forever. No place to buy las vegas bowl souvenirs on each level and raider shop was sold out quick. But staff was courteous,knowledgable and security was great. Iiked the whole expierience.

I have used ticket apps or wallets and had issues with scanning or loading with poor internet quality at the event, or the scanners not working at the entrance. This was almost too fast, the person at the door for the VIP area had to scan it again and again because it worked so fast, compared to the previous person entering ahead of me.

The game was great but the venue is too large for a minor bowl game. Getting tickets and access to the arena was easy and Alegent Stadium is very cool. Loved being able to walk to the stadium from our hotel!

One of the best venues to host a college bowl game

The outside activities were fun and a great way to get psyched for the game. The seats had a great view and the bands amped up the fun. It was too bad that it wasn't more full, but the outcome was great for Oregon State.

From check-in to concessions to ushers. Best stadium, best staff, best food, best value for the money. Fantastic trip to Las Vegas and Allegiant Stadium. I may go back to the Vegas Bowl again next year.

Customer service was outstanding from the security screening to the staff at your seats. Concessions too. Beautiful stadium. Don't think there is a bad seat in the stadium Would definitely return.

I loved the cleanliness and security of the venue. Of course drinks and food prices are ridiculous but service was fast and friendly. It was okay as a college game venue as the acoustics for live "Band music" were horrible, seriously the worst...and the band music is a huge part of college ball. Also the sideline announcer was intelligible throughout the game and at the trophy award ceremony, again due to horrible acoustics.

Ok, Allegiant Stadium is gorgeous. Here comes the "but", it's too big for a college football game. The Beavers were VERY WELL represented, and it still looked like a half-empty room. Other than that, everything was just awesome. Good food, great service! It was fantastic.

Very nice experience. As a Cowboys fan, I have to say Vegas did it right. Stadium right off the strip, strip right by the airport. Now I get it.

The stadium is gorgeous, and the staff was incredibly nice right up until the end… and I mean that literally because at the end they became immensely rude and lead us to different places, and then told us we couldn’t be there… After they were the ones that took us there. My father is 80 years old and has horrible feet and we were just trying to get out the way we came in and then they refused to let us go back to the section we had paid astronomically expensive tickets for - which was closest to our car. It’s frustrating because the only reason we left that section to begin with is because of the staff themselves. So again amazing right until the end. Then the safety staff went from courteous to cagey and even threaten to arrest me because I was trying to get to my car the way we came in - in the section we paid tickets for. (The staff is who lead of us of there to start & never told us we couldn’t go back)

Great stadium, maybe not the greatest of games this. It was a good time, and I will go back next year

While I was disappointed in the outcome of the game, the experience was first rate at the stadium. Ticket check in was quick and smooth, seating is comfortable, sight lines are unobstructed, bathrooms are plentiful and clean, stadium "safety helpers" are stationed in each section and they are professional and knowledgeable and the food and drink offerings are interesting and tasty. There's a reason this new stadium is quickly becoming known as the most classy venue in the country.
