A YouTube video blaming PZ9? Really? And then hearing “we can’t come to you, but you can come to us” yeah sure we will all come to Vegas 🙄 my son has watched these people since he was 3, he’s almost 8 now. He is beyond devestated - he knew he was supposed to meet them, it wasn’t just a live show to him. I spent hundreds to make his dream come true, and you cancel 10 days before. Classless, disrespectful and sad.

I thought the video was just a story. I spent a fortune on this first ever mommy daughter getaway including a non refundable hotel, and it’s all she’s been talking about. Totally classless way to do this to your fans.
How do you tell kids you are going to come to their town and meet them, have parents spend hundreds of dollars and then cancel days before!? You have broken these kids hearts. I hope you realize that the parents are now angry that you have hurt their children. You should be cancelled completely. No explanation and you tell the kids via the YouTube channel …. Absolutely ridiculous
This was my daughter's birthday gift. Back in June before i knew they were going on tour. My daughter told me it was her greatest wish to meet the Spy Ninjas. Very upset and disappointed aboug this
I was eyeing the seats a lot and there were many available for a while . Strange how it got sold out within a few days of looking at the seats available . Many many were available . Seems strange unless it wasn’t updated . Was planning of getting this Monday for my daughters 7th birthday . She’s going to be very upset. Again I’ve looked for months and many seats were available . This past week was the same .. I don’t understand .. how does all those seats that I saw available get sold within a couple of days. I honestly don’t think it was updated correctly..

This was my son's birthday gift and he was so excited to go and meet the Spy Ninjas. I was dreading telling him when the email came. He did not believe me and asked me to stop joking. Heartbroken! Then a video posted that Regina and Melvin made the Tour Director cancel the tour. Please tell me that it will be rescheduled for these kids who are loyal fans and we get an explanation on why this was canceled. Like my son, I am sure many kids are really sad. Please don't disappoint your fans!!!! Grand Rapids is hoping for a reschedule!
As many others have stated, I too, purchased these tickets and backstage passes for my daughter for her birthday present. We purchased these tickets the day they announced the tour(MONTHS AGO)! My 9 year old daughter has counted down the days to meeting the “spy ninjas” and has been looking forward to this for months. She is absolutely heartbroken and is in her room crying in complete devastation. This is awful. When children are your targeted audience you can’t do stuff like this and hype it up in all of your episodes posted since announcement of the tour then just cancel. So many children are disappointed, you should find a way to make it up to those who had tickets. Might lose some viewers bc of this..
My daughter was so excited for this show at the UPMC Events Center. These tickets and back stage passes were a present for her 8th birthday. Unbelievable!

My children are HEARTBROKEN 💔 don’t make tour dates if you aren’t going to follow through, my poor children have looked forward to this for months! So sad. Maybe you can make it up to the children who looked forward to this by doing a FaceTime meet and greet?!

My daughter was so excited to see the Spy Ninjas Live Show Halloween weekend here in Chicago. Then they postpone it! Sounds like it has been cancelled for not selling enough tickets. Would be nice if they could explain what happened here. People make plans for their kids for birthdays, holidays, etc. and it's a shame the kids have to be disappointed because of poor promotion. Garbage!
