    Southeastern Rodeo

by BeBe on 3/26/24Cadence Bank Arena - Tupelo

This was my first, and DEFINITELY not my last! I thoroughly enjoyed this event. Acoustic for entertainment (musical) could use improvement, but would not stop me from returning!

Extremely disappointed in the entire event.

by Disappointed! on 3/26/24Cadence Bank Arena - Tupelo

I missed the previous rodeo that came to Tupelo and was excited to see that there was another coming to town. My children love the rodeo! This rodeo however was a complete waste of money! It was advertised to only be two hours long. We got there at 7 pm and left by 10 pm and they still had not even gotten to the bull riding event. Which is the whole reason my children like the rodeo, and the reason I purchased tickets. It was a very disorganized event, and half the people didn't even show up for their event! I really feel like refunds should be given!

    Domt take no bull

by Nestlyj on 3/26/24Cadence Bank Arena - Tupelo

Great entertainment! Music was great. Riders was great! Bully riding was horrifying. Several riders got hurt. The team riding was my favorite. The bald security guy tried to spoil the event. Several people were dancing on the platform and he kept telling them to go sit down. The people were respectful but they go the opportunity to dance and they showed out!

    Everything was great but,

    by Denver on 7/19/23

Literally everything went well! The staff were amazing, the security was nice and friendly, even the vendors were nice! The only issue I had was with seating and the person performing. The seats I chose I didn’t expect other people to just sit in the seats and not move. But when I asked one of the staff members they handled the situation well and had the people moved. My other problem was P2K performance was giving drunk uncle at the cookout 😵‍💫

    Not the “MS Black Rodeo”

    by RRCook on 7/18/23

I really felt as if I wasted my money this year. Turning into the coliseum…..PAID PARKING when it has ALWAYS been free. This has NEVER happened. RESERVED SEATING when it has ALWAYS been general admission….first come first served. Three (3) chicken tenders were $9.00 by themselves, no fries, no anything!!!!! The halftime entertainment was a COMPLETE JOKE!!!! As I looked around the coliseum……there were soooo many empty seats that I believe there were more empty seats than seats filled. This year’s rodeo was a COMPLETE RIP OFF and BORING!!!!! I was told this year had a new sponsor…..GO FIGURE!!!

    OMG!!!

    by GErby2 on 7/18/23

The SERA Black Rodeo in Jackson, MS was absolutely AMAZING!!! My family and I had sooooo much fun laughing with the commentators, being mesmerized by the speed and agility of the cowboys and cowgirls with their massive horses, and the little tikes and teens: TOO CUTE! We have agreed that THIS will be our Family Reunion time next summer!!

Cool environment. Drinks were awesome. Shout out to the booth between door 11 and 12. Dj couldn't catch the vibe of the crowd and move like it could of been. Bull riding was way too late and not long enough. everybody had left by the time it started

    Awsome!

    by Kim H on 7/2/23

This was my first black rodeo, so I decided to take my great nephew age 13 and niece whose 5. When I say all 3 of us had much fun! I mean it! My nephew was very reluctant to go but once there and viewing the black cowboys he was enthralled, asking if we could go again next year. The little one loved the horses. We will go again and may even dress in rodeo gear
