  • Beautiful Lights

by Em Gee on 12/24/24McAllen Convention Center - McAllenRating: 4 out of 5

The lights were great. The only thing I did not like was the parking. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

  • Bad

    by K M on 12/17/24McAllen Convention Center - McAllenRating: 1 out of 5

You have to pay to get in and then you have to pay for everything that there is to do. Nothing is free except for looking with your eyes. Not even the train ride around the park or anything for the kids This is ridiculous already. Either sell or wristband that includes everything or don't have a freaking event. This is a poor Tri-County area we don't need this type of thing

  • Neutral

It’s a bit disorganized; when we got there I wasn’t told to get the physical family tickets in the front booth. You need the tickets so you can redeem them when you take Santa pictures, the train ride, the gingerbread house & 3D glasses. Mind you you’re supposed to get the gingerbread house & glasses in the beginning of the walk. There’s a booth located on the right side of the entrance that gives you those items in a red bag. The Santa pictures are located inside of the center. My 4 year old daughter loved the Santa experience. If you have little ones take a stroller & enjoy the walk. For big families I think it’s too expensive. Just one ride alone is $5! Plus the food is so overpriced. The family pack is worth it if your family consists of 4 people.

  • Beautiful

It was a beautiful experience. My daughters favorite spot was the decorative floats from the Christmas Parade.

  • Amazing

    by Murphy14 on 12/24/23McAllen Convention Center - McAllenRating: 4 out of 5

Loved it last year and decided to return. It is amazing. The Lily pads and trees lining the water were my favs. I would say that it looked like there were less exhibits and lights were out on some. We were sorry not to be able to see the floats this time.

  • Not worth price

by Sam on 12/21/23McAllen Convention Center - McAllenRating: 1 out of 5

Had to wait 1.5 hours despite time on ticket due to a concert at same time in same location. They should of had separate entrances and exits. A lot of frustration by people. Few rides at $5 extra each.

  • Horrible Night

by Lisa on 12/19/23McAllen Convention Center - McAllenRating: 1 out of 5

I got there at 5:45 and was not able to go in. I waited an hour and a half and still was not able to enter. When you have a small child, you can’t wait forever. It was so disorganized. Planned poorly. I didn’t use my tickets and is asking for a refund. Poorly planned by the organizers. So disappointed with the event experience.
