    Amazing performance!!!

by Anonymous on 4/15/24The Wiltern - Los Angeles

Sofia is so funny and we really enjoyed her performance. Her timing is impeccable! She made it feel like we were in someone’s living room so intimate! The theater is a whole other story. It’s so dirty and unkempt. any allergy sufferer like me will be uncomfortable the whole time. Such a beautiful theater for them to not keep up it’s sad.

    Great Show!

    by Esmi on 4/15/24

Hilarious spanish comedy!! One of the best comedians of our time. We were laughing the whole perfomance. Sofia is super witty and cracks jokes on the spot about the audience, the city and current events. You will enjoy it!!

    Great performer but tight seating

by Andres on 4/7/24713 Music Hall - Houston

Sofia is a great performer and her show was great! The opening show was terrible although I understand the need to give newcomers a chance. Entering the venue was very organized and smooth. My only complaint is that chairs were narrow and placed very close to each other. Getting up to buy a drink or go to the bathroom was a bit of a problem for everyone, irrespective of their body size. Could be organized in a more comfortable way.

    Good, but to short.

by Ana on 3/20/24The Plaza Theatre Performing Arts Center - El Paso

Good, but to short. We were expecting more time from Sofia. My friends and I agree with the time.

Hilarious, but short for the $$ paid

by JessMore on 3/19/24The Plaza Theatre Performing Arts Center - El Paso

Cried of laughter the entire show! Short wasn’t even an hour long. Show was over by 9:30 and they even had an opening act, which was not funny

    Great Show

by AJ on 3/19/24The Plaza Theatre Performing Arts Center - El Paso

Show was great, she was great. Very relatable but funny for both men and women. If I had one negative, would have wished for about 30 min more.

    Acoustics was an issue.

by BBB on 3/19/24McAllen Performing Arts Center - McAllen

The show was fantastic; what I could understand. The Grand Terrace is probably not the place you want to be for a comedy show. The acoustics prevented us from hearing everything clearly. Some parts were clear; others were not. Not the fault of the performer. She put on a great set!

    Expected a lot more

    by Lola on 3/18/24

Me and my friends were so looking forward to seeing her live, she was on stage after a delayed start and a super boring show opener and in 55 mins she was waving goodbye. She looked tired and "con cara de hueva"She's funnier on Netflix.

    An hour good show

by Cindy on 3/12/24713 Music Hall - Houston

The started with a comedian that I don't remember his name. I feel sorry for him, he was not funny at all. Sofia was great, funny, and entertaining. It's an hour show that is worth the money I paid.

I’m the biggest joke of the show

by Oli on 3/12/24713 Music Hall - Houston

This was my first talk show. It was a last minute decision. I bought two tickets which were not even together. I brought my nephew with me. We lived in Louisiana and drove four hours to get to Houston. We were rushing the whole time worrying about not being on time due to lack of knowledge of the big city. We felt the passion in the crowd as soon as we sat down. I sensed something was wrong at the time but was so eager to watch my first show and ignored the feeling. The host came first and talked about 20 minutes, but he wasn’t too funny. That made me want to watch the main lady of night more! When the stage was open, the light and the setting were so professional and I was ready! As soon as she started to talk, I looked at my nephew and saw him turned back and staring at me the same time! She spoke Spanish and we barely knew any! We had to run out and apologize to others saying we had emergency! I first felt bad because I didn’t even check that was a Spanish language talk show. Then I just realized that I was the biggest joke of the night and my nephew laughed at me so hard! I was so glad that he was that happy. I haven’t spent a good time with him for a long time. And my mistake just made my night. I gave the show 5 stars even I didn’t get to watch it because I had one of my best nights hanging out with my family.

    A Must See...!!!!

by JC Morales on 3/12/24713 Music Hall - Houston

Sofía Niño de Rivera is one of the premier Stand up Comedians of our time. She is witty, charming, engaging, hilarious, and makes the show relevant to the whole audience. Very well prepared and current on her material, Sofia makes the show so funny you feel it was super short... The venue was interesting, the bar was overpriced as usual, but overall it was a great experience!!

Best Stand Up I've Seen in a While

by Traciiii on 12/21/21The Wiltern - Los Angeles

Sofia was great! ! I had not seen her netflix special before so didnt have many expectations - she as amazing! doors opened at 7pm and she started at 8pm. The security at the door were professional. The bar was expensive as hell ($30 a margarita), the restrooms were clean, venue was clean, the parking was expensive but down the street so convenient ($50), I choose to book parking at another parking structure for $15...the crowd had a little bit of everything, young and old. I wish I would have taken my parents, they would have enjoyed it...overall she made it worth driving to downtown LA. Will continue to supper her. Hilarious!

    WONDERFUL!!

by Anahi on 12/21/21The Wiltern - Los Angeles

It was THE BEST show I've been, I couldn't stop laughing and I even stand up at the end, she's THE BEST comedian stand up by far... natural and mostly about her life I drove from Mexicali to LA just to see her, thank you for bringing this type of excellent show that makes people happier.

by B on 12/21/21The Wiltern - Los Angeles

My husband and I have been following Sofia for a few years. We were supposed to go see her last year at House of Blues but then, Covid happened. I love the Wiltern Theater. Glad we ended up watching her there. Totally love her comedy. Would definitely go see her again.

    Pleasant

by cuhreena on 12/21/21The Wiltern - Los Angeles

I attended The Wiltern to see Sofia Nino (tilde above n) de Rivera. This was my second big event attending since/during the pandemic. I felt safe and the event itself was entertaining, without a doubt! We purchased the VIP parking, which was worth it since we did not have to wait in line to enter the venue nor was it a hassle to leave the venue. I will definitely purchase VIP parking for any event at The Wiltern.
