It was ok I was disappointed

by Lynn on 12/11/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

It had too many jokes. We were looking to see the storyline with some twists bc thats normally how these go. It just wasn’t funny after the first several jokes. Some of the humor was inappropriate at times for kids. I drove 2 hours to get there and my seats cost me over $150 dollars to be disappointed.

by E. Lane on 12/10/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

We took my 8 year old daughter, along her aunt and grandmother. We all enjoyed the show! Lots of music, dancing and singing - perfect for a family night out.

    Fun, quality show

by Melanie on 12/10/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

This was a great show that brought in an old classic, revved up with current music and hits on the radio, sung by talented artists! Was especially pleased to get to hear Michelle Williams.

    Amazing!

by Kjohn on 12/10/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

Absolutely loved this show!! Not a dull moment at all! High energy, fun songs for all ages and an unforgettable performance by a really incredible cast! My 8 year old daughter loved it too! It was fun to sing along and interact with cast throughout as well! It was truly one of those shows you really never wanted to end! I don’t write many reviews (hardly any at all) but this show was so good that I wanted to spread the word! I highly recommend it!!

    A wonderful experience!

by S. P. on 12/10/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

I carried my almost three granddaughter and my 12 year old granddaughter! It was equally magical for both. We all had such a good time. The performance was just wonderful! My only critique would be that the sound was a little muffled in some songs and it was hard to hear the words and we were sitting pretty close. Section B, row L.

    Snow White Christmas - Hoot!

by Bill on 12/10/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

Very creative spin on the classical story. Our almost 5 year old granddaughter was fully engaged from beginning to end! She had a blast! Muddles was a hoot! I do wish that Ticketmaster would have sent an e-ticket though. Will-call with a 5 year old isn't ideal... Just a thought...

    A-M-A-Z-I-N-G

by Hello Raleigh! on 12/10/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

This was my first panto show and it was everything I never knew I wanted! Michelle Williams blew me away! I laughed and danced the entire time thanks to the comedy and pop hits embedded throughout the show. Would definitely go again and recommend it highly.

The show was wonderful. Muddles was sensational and so natural on stage. The songs were great! My daughter had so much fun, and she is still trying to recreate the jokes that Muddles said to the audience. Amazing show!!!!

    Kids Christmas Show Misses Mark

by Scott on 12/9/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

Attended the Snow White Christmas Show on Friday Night. Found the show to definitely be aimed towards kids not adults. The whole row beside me, of adults, did not return after intermission. The show did not flow well. The shows was a mash of songs that did not connect as a show. Thought price paid was high for value received. Did not like joke about their parents paid more money for their kids to come on stage. There are families and kids who would like to have been on stage, but economics did not allow.

This was a fun and enjoyable show. Not much Christmas.

by CW on 12/7/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

This was great show. It was fun and had great humor. It had nothing to do with Christmas until the end during the last scene, so that was disappointing because we were looking for a holiday event. BE WARNED about the seating. We selected seats on the first row of the second section (we do not like to sit at the front). Be aware that these are not regular seats. The first row were on the floor level in the walkway and were essentially add on seats that were very uncomfortable. This was not clear to many people sitting in this row. The ushers were extremely kind and helpful with this situation and helped us find other seats.

    Unexpectedly funny

by Ethel on 12/7/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

This was a fun show with a great cast. There was a lot of humor in it which was a pleasant surprise. Snow White is played by a phenomenal young lady with an awesome voice and of course Michelle Williams is top notch. I would not call it a Christmas show, just the story of Snow White.

    Best show ever!

by L. S. on 12/5/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

This is by far my favorite live show of all the shows I have seen. I loved it more than the 4 Broadway shows I have seen. Definitely a show for all ages. The cast was just so funny! My daughter paid for the tickets herself because she wanted to see Garrett Clayton. The only thing I can think of that would have made it better was if the magic mirror was not pre-recorded. I would love to see another interactive show this good.

    Fun time!

by Knightdale Dad on 12/4/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

An interactive and fun musical using current hits to retell the story of Snow White. Light on actual Christmas music and themes but a good performance nonetheless. My girls, 11 and 9, thoroughly enjoyed the play and the entire family said they would go back to see it again.

by A. on 12/3/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

Took my 16 year old. Thought it might be too young for her, but I was wrong! We both laughed so hard. It was so well written and the actors did a great job. Wish we took the whole family!!!

    Memorable Musical for Everyone!

by Paulette on 12/3/19Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

We had 3 generations (12-55-71) that all loved this show! It wasn't your typical musical, it was a panto (In the UK a Pantomime, or “Panto” as it is usually affectionately called, is a form of interactive theatre, performed around the Christmas season for the entertainment of millions of families. ... Panto is guaranteed to give the whole family a rolicking good time.). This was an interactive experience with hilarious humor, music of today with the fairy tale story. Highly recommend!
