About

Snoop Dogg is a West Coast rap pioneer, entertainment mogul, and one of the world’s most beloved pop culture icons. His three-decade career is unparalleled, with 16 Grammy nominations, 35 million albums sold worldwide (his first album, 1993’s Doggystyle, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200), and three Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit songs, including a feature on 2010’s “California Gurls” with Katy Perry. In 2022, he won an Emmy Award for his part in the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show with fellow icon Dr. Dre (who discovered Snoop in 1992), Mary J. Blige, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and 50 Cent. In addition to his extensive work as a chart-topping recording artist, Snoop Dogg is a successful entrepreneur with investments in global consumer brands, entertainment properties, food/beverage, Web 3.0. He is also a global ambassador (and venture capitalist) in the cannabis industry, which merged with his prolific music career on 2018’s Puff Puff Pass Tour presented by MERRY JANE, Snoop’s cannabis-focused digital media platform.

    Snoop was great!

    by chula75 on 10/29/12UCF ARENA - ORLANDO

Sammy Adams was really good. Cold War Kid was horrible, my son can sing better. Snoop Dogg performed for 50 minutes -- definitely a good show, but too short.

    SHORT, SHORT, SHORT show..........

    by moezart1 on 9/28/12The Paramount - Huntington

The show was great WHILE IT LASTED. it was a very short show, my friends and i were completely taken by surprise when we found out that Snoop had left after the one short session that he played. As i said his performance was great just very very short. mind you that i had to drive about an hour to get in and an hour to go back home, plus an expensive dinner in town COME on!!!!!! you gotta give your customers better than that. NOT sure who to blame the Paramount or Snoop

by YoYo2012 on 8/8/12Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom - Hampton Beach

The show started 2.5 hours late and Snoop only played for 50 minutes BUT he sang everything you wanted him to sing in those 50 minutes.

    Snoop D-O-double-G

by dbru7007 on 8/6/12Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom - Hampton Beach

Snoop was great while he was out there. Show started at 8:00pm with a DJ spinning music. It wasn't until 10:00-10:15 that Snoop came on and he was done by 11:15. He was great, I love the ballroom, but it was just too short!

    Snoop Dog / Lion

by Anonymous on 8/5/12Constellation Brands–Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center: CMAC - Canandaigua

The show started at 8pm with other acts, Snoop arrived on stage at 10pm, mumbled through most of the show, forgot most of the words, whole show was done before 11pm. Very disappointed.

This was the worse concert I have ever been too

by Alf2579 on 8/5/12Constellation Brands–Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center: CMAC - Canandaigua

This concert was not worth the time or money. Not even two hours of entertainment and besides that it was suppose to start at 7pm then the week of concert they moved it to 8pm. Snoop dogg wasn't even on stage for an hour. I want my money back.

    Long night, short set

by Marion14505 on 8/4/12Constellation Brands–Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center: CMAC - Canandaigua

Yelawolf almost did a longer set than Snoop. The concert was supposed to start at 7, but was pushed back an hour a few days before. Yelawolf opened at 8 and was done shortly before 9. Snoop was supposed to be on at 9:15 according to the people who worked there, but took his leisurely time in getting onto the stage until 10. Then he did a slightly less than one hour set and called it a night. His mic was too low, the backbeat was too high, it was hard to hear his voice in the mix. I can say I saw Snoop Dogg now, and I'm glad to have it behind me instead of in front of me, but it was an okay evening for $40 a ticket. I had a weed hangover the next day though, without even smoking anything. I hate that...

Yelawolf was insane. Snoop made us wait an hour before he came on stage. Didn't complete a whole song but it was a decent concert. I expected more.

    Terrible

by jj31310 on 8/3/12Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom - Hampton Beach

Snoop Doog (Or is it Lion now). Is clearly awesome himself and I have listened to his music for a solid 20 years and bought all his albums. But no one is cool enough to charge 60 bucks to an over-sold show (literally not enough room to stand without being squashed), make you wait two hourse before he even takes the stage and THEN only perform 1 hour!? We were highly disappointed. We drove 4 hours to see the show on a Wednesday night and then waited over two hours to listen to one hour of music!? RIDICULOUS!

by KMcQ925 on 8/3/12Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom - Hampton Beach

Love Snoop - but he left us hanging waiting for a while. Crowd was getting angry - Show was VERY short! Tickets were $60 - WAAAAAAAAAYYYYY to expensive for the experience. SAVE YOUR $$$.

    Snoop, late as usual!

by AC94 on 8/3/12Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom - Hampton Beach

Snoop was performing at the Hampton Casino Ballroom. Doors opened at 6PM and the show was supposed to begin at 8PM. After arriving around 7PM I was told that Snoop would be going on late. Once you have entered the venue you can't leave and return later, so I was stuck listening to the music being piped in. Heard Buffalo Soldier 4 times at least! Shortly after 8PM a DJ from a radio station came on stage to play some current music. The selection was good, but I would have preferred to not be stuck inside a venue waiting around for hours. Snoop did not arrive on stage until 10:15!!!! This is totally unacceptable to me. If he doesn't plan on performing until 10, it should be billed as a 10pm show. His performance was good, he played most of his popular songs, although many were a shortened version. He performed for about an hour, so it was a cost of $1 per minute to watch him. Worth it?? Not sure.
