The theatre is smaller but not a bad seat The performance was really good even though they were missing a performer and everyone in the cast took different parts Would highly recommend

Went to matinee on 12/31. The show was absolutely fabulosa. Loved the entire experience. Can't wait for the next show.
Excellent show. The energy was high through the whole show, choreography impressive and most of the singing high quality. This is a nice venue with helpful volunteers and few bad seats

I took my 6th grade son to see this play on New Year’s Eve, I was very excited because I saw the original movie in the theater when I was his exact same age. I don’t think the performance was well translated to a live stage. There was lots of ear splitting solo songs that seemed to be there just to fill in the gaps of the story and characters feelings. I came to dread every time a song ensued. There were some cute comedic moments I found only 2 of the actors were good and enjoyable to watch(Ren and Willard) I was disappointed with the preacher’s daughter “Ariel” casting and more so with her wardrobe I wasn’t familiar with Slow Burn Theatre Co…maybe I was expecting something closer to Off Broadway?
What a treat to experience Slow Burn Theater's Footloose at the Broward Center. The choreography and vocals were all first class, so much better than some of the Broadway road shows we have seen. We immediately bought tickets for the rest of the sesaon.
This is one of several musicals I've seen, presented by Slow Burn Theatre. Every single one was an amazing experience. I drove over 300 miles, in part, to see this show. I was not disappointed. If you ever have an opportunity to see a Slow Burn show, jump on it! You won't regret it.
