Great super friendly show! Love it! I already recommend to my friends with children. The show is really great for all ages!
While I acknowledge that this is a classic, my partner and I couldn’t sit through the show and left at half. It was alright, but failed to impress or entertain.
Very colorful, great talent and good imagination but did not live up to its full potential. I expected a lot more story-telling through pantomime, something that could elevates the crowd to a human level that its lost through cell phones and instant gratifications, but it didn’t happen. Overall, nice but not worth the price we paid.
There was lots of confetti and big balloons at the end of the show. That was the highlight. Other than that, show was slow, disjointed and an utter waste of time and money. If you still decide to go, get seats in the orchestra section or your young ones will miss most of the confetti and balloons.
Great for small kids, not recommended for teens adults. Very little action, not much happening on stage.
We were waiting for something to happen. The only fun part was at the end when the ballons came out to play. Sitting not in the front makes the show super boring!
I was super excited about this show. The trailer looked amazing and I was looking forward to how interactive this show was based off the trailer. The start of the show was very slow (I was hoping that was just the beginning). It was like watching a mime make movements the whole time. Nothing was funny, interactive, or audience engaging. I ended up leaving during the intermission. Wish I could get a refund since I spent so much $$ for my family. If you are expecting anything like the trailer, do not buy.
My experience was fantastic I would like to wacht this show again
We took 2 ten year olds and we all were overjoyed with the entire performance. It will now be a tradition for us to return every time the show is in town. I highly recommend to all, but it is best to purchase lower seating to be part of the interactive experience.
I heard very good things about the show but can't understand why. The show is slow, boring and I sincerely can't say it is funny. There are a few very short funny moments. I would say most people say it is great because it is definitely different One thing is clear, I was at the Arsht Center in Miami, sitting in the second tier......they should not even sell these seats for this show. Much too far from the stage and you are not part of the action in this show. My comments might have been different if I had been sitting in the lower part....where it actually snows and where the clowns interact with the public.....and maybe, there is something fun about the faces they make, etc.....but from where I was, there was nothing fun!!! I was bored, my 8 and 11 kids were bored.....
It starts slow, like the beginning of a song that you know will explode. But it doesn't. It stays slow. Oh so slow. Forever. And ever. And ever. Awful. A waste of time and money. My wife and I both fell asleep. Through the first half, there were maybe a half dozen chuckles from the audience. That is not enough to warrant the time or money to see this. DON'T GO!!
I saw this show 10 years ago with my wife, I saw it last weekend with my wife and my kids and all together we want to see it again... and again! Because it touches the soul!
His shows are sold out most of the time. I saw him a while ago when he came to Canadian East coast. He manages to turn adults back to children by his show. If you have imagination and your heart didn't cool down completely yet then I would strongly recommend going. If you feel depressed, I would recommend going. If you can't find what you are looking for in life, I would recommend going! If you want to make a stronger bond with whomever, bring them to this show with you! Slava has the whole show on Youtube in HD, watch it and see for yourself. But it doesn't have the same effect on TV.
After all the marketing in town and all the anticipation to see the show, we were very disappointed. The show is very monotonous with no story or theme. The trailers available online show the only parts that are worthwhile seeing. The rest of the show is boring. Ironically, although all the characters are clowns, the show is hardly funny at all. It's all marketing with no substance or entertainment value. I would recommend you spend your time and money elsewhere.
Age is not a factor in the enjoyment of the show......We were all transported to an age of wonder and childlike we experienced joy at this audience participation extravaganza. The visuals were awesome and the finale was a moment you never wanted to end...When it comes to town you must see it.
