    Amazing 80s band!!!

    by EC523 on 5/14/18Mercury Ballroom - Louisville

Love these guys!!! My 4th time seeing them. They never disappoint. They have enough great music and change up their set list so it's always different. BUT they ALWAYS play the great classics. Anyone who grew up in the 80s will have a total ball!!! Varied music genres, these guys play it all from , Simple Minds and U2 ro Prince and Journey! Plus got to take a pic with band members after gig and they were so gracious and thankful to their fans!

The show was so much more than just an 80s coverband. It was a great night of nostalgia by a band that sounded so much like the original. With props, lights and dancing the show was a total blast and I would definitely see them again and recommend others go to their show

    Awesome event!

by JohnnyZed on 6/27/14Mercury Ballroom - Louisville

Pretty good covers. In addition to the "usual" songs you hear, they also played several that I haven't heard since the 80s. Loved that they chose the Pseudo Echo cover of "Funkytown" instead of the original by Lipps Inc.

    Sensational Sixteen Candles

    by jt1424 on 6/26/14Mercury Ballroom - Louisville

This band is full of entertaining high energy. So many great 80's hits performed to perfection. The lead singer is amazingly talented, and backed up by gifted, talented musicians. I could not have asked for a better show. If you love 80's music this is a must-see band. Thank you, Sixteen Candles, for blessing Louisville with such a fantastic evening. Please come back!

    A band full of energy!

by Chetamus on 6/24/14Mercury Ballroom - Louisville

I had never really heard of Sixteen Candles until I saw them at an 80's Prom Party. They are awesome. They mix together loads of 80's hits and the band interacts together well. What I mean by that is they dance to every song and really do way more than just playing the songs. Very entertaining and you just can't help but to dance along with them. The lead singer is spot on with the lyrics and the lead guitarists rips that guitar like he's angry with it!

    16 Candles is awesome!

by MyTMouse on 2/11/14House of Blues Chicago - Chicago

The guys had such great energy and it was contagious. They put on a great show!! I came in from St. Louis to see them, and would do it again in a heartbeat. My favorite moments of the show: When Scott and Danny were reliving their "Crystal Light Champion" moments and tore off their gym pants in sync with each other and the music to reveal short 80s shorts underneath. Awesome! And, when Adam's mom and dad were on stage singing with him. So sweet!
