Raised on the beaches of Southern California, Aaron Smith is a rapper, actor, musician, and father who became known to the world simply as Shwayze following a massive music breakout in 2008. The Malibu native released his debut album Buzzin’ that summer with singer-producer Cisco Adler. The duo hit the road immediately on the Vans Warped Tour wearing skinny jeans, and singing about lost weekends in Hollywood, all while bringing the most legendary parties with them wherever they went. Shwayze has since gone on to work with an array of producers and release several independent albums such as Shwayze Summer on his self-funded Feel Good Entertainment Music label. He continues reinventing his sound while staying true to the influences that brought him where he is today. The past decade has boasted an impressive resume including a top 10 album, Billboard chart topping singles including ‘Buzzin’ and ‘Corona & Lime,’ a rock-doc reality show on MTV, and a number of roles in feature films and major network television - all while living on the road much of the year touring the world. Summer 2022 will mark the highly anticipated return of Shwayze’s next full length album, a project fans have been anxious for and will mark the next chapter of a storied career.
front row for shwayze was great. plenty of excitement and not a dull monent during the show
even though everyone was packed like sardines just to be closer to cisco and shwayze, the sweaty sardine package could not yield the fun to be had! it was fantastic! I went with my two best friends and we wiggled our way to the front row and were just loving it. Dancing, potent weed smells and shwayzeeee! could you ask for more? well, you COULD ask for less minors to be there.......
Not worth the money. Didn't know it was an 18 and over event. Bathrooms were clogged. Band didn't go on until after midnight.
AMAZINGGGG!!! Shwayze was soooooooo awesome i wanna go again!
Their concert at Peabody's in Cleveland was awesome! Despite the fact that they didn't go on until 11, and the lineup was a little wierd at times, Shwayze and Cisco Adler are the bomb together and I would 100% no doubt go see them again! I got a free demo cd for their new album and a poster!
It was a great time, Shwayze kept up the energy all night! HOB was a great venue for them. They played their first album and a few songs from their upcoming one.
everybody was having a good time..the security was kinda gay
There was about 7 openers before Shwayze got out. He Say She Say were great, Beardo was awful, B.O.B. was awesome, and Jump Smokers were hilarious. The rest were easily forgettable. Shwayze started at about 8.30 and played for around an hour. Covered all their old hits as well as previewing some stuff from their new album. They play a very good live show, everyone knows the words. Fun to be there even though the floor was only about half-way full. Glad I got a chance to see it.
very nice stage presence. shwayze and cisco made the crowd jump around and dance. loved it.
the concert was great. great atmosphere. the opening acts were pretty good. i missed Cold Flamez but B.o.B. was amazing and Beardo was kinda weirdo but knew how to keep a crowd interested.
he was better than I expected. There were a lot of opening bands though
Shwyze & Cisco put on an amazingggg live show, the energy is so contagious. if youre looking for a good time, see one of his shows!
If you ever get the chance it was an unbelievable show. Great act and great venue.
GO! jsut be careful about lighting up until it really gets goin or else you'll get a slap on the head or thrown out!
The Shwayze show was amazing, in my opinion. Dj Jason Smith started the party with a few party remixesof songs he's an awesome Dj. The first act was Coldflamez they were alright to me they didnt quite fit in the line up of the show but they were good. The next was Beardo I could have lived without hearing him he was just all over the place and couldnt really understand what he was singing. Next up is The Far East Movement from LA they were amazing! They came out in space helments and had everybody jumping in the crowd. Such amazing guys interacted with the crowd had everybody dancing and jumping. Last was Shwayze they were great as well, they interacted with the crowd and had everybody jumping like crazy. Half of there set was new songs and they sound amazing. I would totally go see Shwayze and The Far East Movement again if they came back my town
Beardo was awesome from start to finish! Love the hair man! Far East Movement has made a fan for life out of me! Shwayze finished the night off with a killer show! I love "Get U Home!" It's my new theme song! Can't wait to see Shwayze again!
Even without the stage props and sound systems and expensive tickets used by other more popular bands such as Kanye West and Coldplay, Shwayze puts on a great show. Both of them were great performers and were able to keep the attention of the crowd the entire time (whether that crowd was high or not depends on the show). The openers are little less than good, so don't worry if you're running a little late.
These guys and their opening acts are disgusting, crude, and offensive all wrapped up in one package which represents the decay of values in our society. I regret having attended this concert. This was not musical talent, but merely angry negative chants intended to brainwash a young generation into a filthy lifestyle of sex and drugs.
The concert was really good, it did take a long time for them to come on and start playing but worth the wait.... love the club as well.
There is only one word to describe Shwayze...amazing! The location at Club Firestone wasn't bad. IOt was pretty easy to get upfront to the stage. The only problem was that between performances was way too long of a wait for a concert.
