I've seen Shock Therapy lives 4 times now and plan of seeing the in January 2025. They are an absolute treat to see live! Full of energy, very tight band, and all-around great guys. Miles and Rex even stopped by my son's school to watch him perform Blow Hole live. Amazing!! If you like the sounds of DEVO, Aqua Bats, (early) Oingo Boingo, and (early) B52's, you will love SHOCK THERAPY!!
I first saw Shock Therapy last month when they opened fo rThe Aquabats at The House of Blues. I had never heard of them before and was eager to get to the main event. However, as soon as they played their first song, I was hooked. They are so talented and so energetic. I'm an old-ish person (50+), but their sound really appealed to me. They reminded me of a combination Gary Neumann, Joy Division, and the B52's. I went to their show last weekend at the Observatory and was blown away once more. The crowd consisted of mostly 16-30 year olds with the occasional well-seasoned person like myself thrown in there. If you get a chance to see these guys, do it while they are still playing at small venues. With their talent and drive, they are sure to be filling up bigger places soon.
The room is really cool and all the bands that played were just amazing and of course shock therapy did so good its the best show I’ve ever been to I can’t wait to see them again
