This concert felt so cozy and intimate - despite Shawn being a very big name artist. You can really feel the connection and his gratitude to the crowd. There was NO shortage of confetti at this concert, it was a blizzard. Singing and smiling I even got a few pieces in my mouth😅 I’m sure it even reached the balconies, so just about everyone could leave with a momento if they chose. It was a wonderful experience. Would love to go again. We weren’t sure what to think of the opener - Eddie Benjamin, the vibe from him felt a little frazzled and like he’s let his fame kind of go his head a bit. The performance from him didn’t feel very professional.

Shawn's concerts always bring me back to a place where I feel home. From album to album and coast to coast, I keep every ounce of joy from these moments forever with me and inside my heart.

The pre sale merch line got mixed with the passport line. Unfortunetely we wasted time waiting with many others in confusion about whether we were in the right line or not. Turns out we werent. An employee came and started to try and sort it out, but that didnt help us with the fact we had to start all over again in the back of the right line. We ended up leaving and returning in 45 minutes. It was more organized then with more employees running the stand and a barrior to keep the lines seperate. But it was frustrating to leave our seats and the show to do so.

Absolutely loved every minute of Shawn Mendes. Wish it didn’t have to end. Will be back again.

I want to say it was soooooo amazing. He's vocal and personality, performance everything I loved it.

I’ve been a fan of shawn since 2017 and to see and hear him live for the first time was genuinely such a great experience!!!!!

I have been waiting to see him live in concert for a decade. Every moment was thoughtful, enjoyable, and meaningful. This was by far the greatest concert I have seen this far, and this was an incredible venue with almost no bad seats without a decent view! Life-changing concert and still thinking about every day.

Whole event was smooth since we got to the parking to end of the concert. Hunting Bank pavilion was well organize, clean and fast gates to get inside. I feel secure out like inside with enough police around.

His performance was great! So was the opening act. But, the venue was a very poor choice for an October concert in Chicago. It was really windy and cold. Concert should have been at an indoor venue or in the summer. Also for an all ages concert, the weekend would have been a lot better for kids. I took my 8 year old daughter, but it was a school night and she was exhausted after and late to school the next day.

The venue was great and the location was really nice. Everything was very organized. The VIP experience was so nice to have a different view and get away from the crowd. The merch line went pretty fast and was able to get what I wanted. Shawn is such an amazing performer.

Shawn Mendes is not only an amazing performer, but a genuine and kind person. His performance was the best time I’ve ever had at a concert. He made everyone at the concert feel welcome, accepted and appreciated. I hope I have the opportunity to see him live again ♥️

Shawn was high energy and better than ever!!! Hoping that he adds more cities to his tour!!

Seeing Shawn perform after his cancel wonder tour was amazing. He & Eddie Benjamin did an amazing performance. I always have a fantastic time at a Shawn Mendes concert.

Well it wasn't easy getting my disabled daughter to the event. There were some people that refused to leave the seats that we paid for in the ADA section. But security made it right. My daughter had a good time as a result.

The show was almost perfect. However, Shawn forgot the lyrics three times. I was also expecting confetti or more effects and there were none.

The concert was a blast it was everything I hoped for and more.

I’ve been waiting 12 years to see this man in concert, and it was everything I could imagine! My only issue ( not with Shawn) is that I wish I knew who could get to the barricades, because I would’ve upgraded my ticket if I got the chance had I known.

He was like none other. He looked so happy to be there. I’ve never been to a concert like that one. Thank you Shawn.

This was my sixth concert and wow Shawn is just the most amazing performer ever. The only annoying this was a man made pit because i think that was unnecessary. Shawn was incredible and perfect.
