  • Best Night Ever!

by Zina1963 on 12/7/23House of Blues Houston - HoustonRating: 5 out of 5

Shaun Cassidy did not disappoint! His voice was great, he is still as handsome as ever, and the show was more than I expected. His stories were candid and personal. I felt like his personal guest. It was a very special evening, and made me feel like a giddy teenager again. Thanks Shaun for the memories plus even more!

It was so awesome to see my girlhood crush. It was a fantastic show at a wonderful venue. It’s small but the sound is terrific.

  • Excellent venue. Fantastic food. Crystal clear vocals.

This is my 5th time seeing Shaun. The first was Feb 5. 1978, in Denver, CO. My mom took me. This time I took her and we had the time of our lives. The venue has excellent sound and the best ADA staff around. I've seen this tour in DC, VA, PA, and now LA. If you're hesitating, do it. I NEVER repeat shows. Shaun's voice is crystal clear, he sings all his hits, plays guitar and piano, and does only vocals. He tells amazing stories about his dad, mom, brother, and his life in Beverly Hills. If you liked him decades ago you'll like him more now. My mom was two days postop and we were treated like queens. Parking in a close lot was $50, quite expensive, but worth it. The food in the restaurant has both vegetarian and gluten-free options that were outstsnding. My only regret, not meeting Shaun to thank him for all of the years of joy.

I enjoyed so much Shaun's performance at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. It was a small venue and it was great to be able to see him and hear him clearly. Shaun comes from a great entertainment family and I was so happy to hear a few stories he would mention about his family. I especially enjoyed hearing about his step-brother, David. It was such a lovely tribute to David. I enjoyed all his songs and also a few Christmas songs as well. I have seen Shaun perform two years ago in Atlanta, GA at a small venue. I would definitely see him again!

  • Highly Recommended

I enjoyed Shaun's Ponte Vedra Beach, FL show. Shaun still sounds and looks good. He talked to the audience and related well with the audience. He talked about David, his parents, his wife and children, and people he grew up knowing. He talked about writing new songs and sang parts of the new songs while playing the piano. He sang That's Rock N Roll, Lonely Teenage Idol (Boy), a Partridge Family song, a song from the play Blood Brothers, Da Do Run Run, and Christmas songs. I hope Shaun does continue to write new songs and will continue to sing for the public.

  • Great flashback to a great era!

by Indigirl on 11/30/23Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

It was the most 'different' type of show I have ever been to. It was so personal and intimate, sharing his personal family stories, memories and experiences. He performed some of his wonderful songs from my younger years that brought back so many memories. It was truly a great evening, emotional, happy, dancing and listening to Shaun sing in a 'new' voice that was amazing. My only downside was that it seemed to go by in a flash. Come back soon, we are waiting!!!

  • Beyond Phenomenal

by Fan for 47+ years on 11/30/23Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Shaun Cassidy is a truly gifted entertainer and the years have not diminished his talent on any level— on the contrary! Shaun engaged the audience by sharing humorous anecdotes from his experiences and delighted everyone with his music and Christmas songs. Tribute to David with Cole was icing on the cake-Best Show Ever! What a Great Night— he is as loved today as he was back in the day, if not more!

  • Nice show but won't do that again

by Tinag64 on 11/30/23Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 3 out of 5

Maybe I hyped myself up too much before the show or maybe I see too many concerts to compare this to, but I was sadly disappointed with this show. There was no real energy in the show at all. The sound was not great. I did enjoy his stories about growing up in Beverly Hills. He still sounds good, not great, but good. I am glad I went but I would not go see him again.

  • Great Show!

by SPCFan on 11/28/23Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

From 1978 to 2023 Shaun Cassidy still has IT. A wonderful storyteller and a wonderful singer, Shaun, Lon and Cole made it a memorable night. The venue was small and intimate, just what you want for a returning teen idol. His stories of his family, theirs and his fame were insightful, touching, warm and funny. If you have the chance, go see Shaun Cassidy before he decides to hibernate for another 40 years!

  • Story telling and singing

by Mother Harper on 11/28/23Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Shaun was at his best telling stories. He brought back memories and had everyone feeling like a teenager again. It was a great show and I would recommend it to anyone. If you were teenager when Shaun was on the top of the charts then bring your teenager to share in the experience.

  • Remembering the Good Old Days

by DeePat on 11/28/23Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 4 out of 5

It was nice to see Shaun Cassidy and great to hear songs from the old days. He is a better singer than I remembered, and the song from Blood Brothers that he performed with his nephew was wonderful. He is still a wonderful storyteller, and it was great to hear his remembrances, particularly of his brother, David. The venue was small and cramped. People were sitting right on top of us. I would see him again, just not at this venue. Given the surroundings, the seats were very overpriced.

  • Incredible!!

by Batmanswfe on 11/28/23Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Shaun Cassidy was absolutely amazing! It took me back to my childhood and all those memories of my early teens! His vocals are so strong his personality is on point and all the history he told of his life was so interesting. One word, Mesmerizing!

  • Entertaining show even if you're not a fan

by Nicki in Jacksonville on 11/28/23Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

I admit, I was not a Shaun Cassidy fan in the 70s, but many of my friends were. I was a Bay City Rollers fan (who amusingly, got a mention in this show.) Still, I owned a couple of Shaun's singles at the time, as I bought all the Top 40 45s back then. I went to this show out of curiosity, to relive my pre-teen Tiger Beat days. Decades past his teen idol phase, I could not imagine him touring after all this time, or what the show could possibly contain. He's been working behind the scenes since then, and how would that translate to a show *now*, I wondered? What we got was a total surprise to me. It's a musical biography of this multi-talented man's life and his very famous family. Accompanied by two musicians on piano, acoustic and electric guitars, one being his adorable nephew. We see two generations of the talented Cassidy family on stage. There are poignant tributes to his relatives passed. There's a mix of songs and reminiscent commentary, funny stories, show tunes, well selected traditional Christmas songs, and a few of his own teen hits. Some of which were classic early rock& roll numbers. I was happy to hear the unexpected Christmas songs and see the festive holiday stage set with grand piano. It was a top notch production. Recommended for anyone who enjoys timeless music and amusing tales of showbiz history. Not sure if the show will continue past Christmas, or change in some way afterwards, but he's a captive entertainer on stage and worth an evening out.

  • Shaun is Wonderful

by Larissaro on 11/28/23Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Wonderful music and touching stories. Well worth the money, even my husband that I dragged along liked it and he was not a Shaun Cassidy Groupie like me.

I saw Shaun Cassidy when I was a child. That experience left a huge impact on me. It was such a fun time. This was a next level core memory experience! I’m so grateful I got to experience my childhood crush play a show as an adult. The music and the stories were magical. He sounds amazing and hearing stories tied to the music only makes me love it all more!
