Shania Twain on Tour

Shania Twain's concerts bring together her long list of hits and her newer material in thrilling ways, throwing back to her iconic videos while also using state-of-the-art stagecraft to make her appear larger than life. Her status as the queen of country-pop is only cemented by her stellar stage presence and the enduring power of her hits. Bottom line: She will impress you much.

Shania Twain in Concert

Ontario-born Shania Twain has one of the most storied histories in country music, with chart-topping singles around the world and shelves full of awards. Her second album, 1995's The Woman in Me, was her huge breakthrough, spawning her first Canadian No. 1 country single, the feisty "Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?" as well as her inaugural U.S. country chart-topper, the saucy "Any Man of Mine." Twain's no-nonsense lyrics and smooth voice proved to be an ideal pairing for country-music audiences as well as the Recording Academy of America, who awarded Woman the 1996 Grammy for Best Country Album. From there, Twain went on not only to rule ‘90s country but to expand her terrain into pop. The lush ballad "You're Still the One," from her third album, Come On Over, became Twain's first Hot 100 Top 10 single and topped charts around the world, with the swirling love song "From This Moment On" and the amusedly withering "That Don't Impress Me Much," also from that album, following suit. Come On Over would spawn 12 singles from its 1997 release until 2000, and those songs picked up four Grammys at the Recording Academy's 1999 and 2000 awards.

In 2002 Twain showed off her wide musical palette with Up!, which was released in three editions that placed its 19 songs in pop, country, and "world" motifs. The album showcased Twain's instinct for writing memorable hooks and proved to audiences that she could hang with pop's biggest names. Twain put music on the back burner in the years that followed, releasing the occasional single while focusing on raising her son and dealing with health issues. She returned from the break in 2012 when she opened the Still the One residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. In the years since, she's released her fifth album, Now, executive-produced and appeared on the USA talent search Real Country, and announced a second Vegas residency, Let's Go!, opening in December 2019. Previously, Shania Twain has sold out venues to capacity, like Zappos Theater and The O2.

    GO! GO! GO!

by moosh7596 on 12/3/12The Colosseum At Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

I waited for this concert for 1 1/2 years and it was well worth the wait! When you first walk into the venue, you see many of Shania's dresses and outfits on display which was an unexpected surprise! And the concert was out-of-this-world! Many different sets and special effects and even live HORSES on the stage! And then there's the gorgeous, hunky dancers on stage, too! At one point I counted 17 people (singers, dancers, musicians) on stage with her! And of course, Shania looked and sounded better than ever! She sang all of her popular songs and really connected with the audience. What can I say, Shania is just spectacular. You simply can't miss this show!

Shania was great, show needs more practice.

by Jn1979 on 12/3/12The Colosseum At Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Probably will need a few more shows before they work out some of the sound issues. i.e. feedback/sound levels. Colosseum staff was rude when it came to electronic devices inside, they need to catch up with the times!

a reason to visit Las Vegas

by slim73 on 12/3/12The Colosseum At Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

We planned our trip around having these concert tickets 18 months in advance, everyone is given a program book, the show is about 1 hr 45 min which we knew every song she sang except one old country song she did, There is absolutely no cell phones, cameras or videos allowed- they will throw people out. To see the very first show was something quite special, she mingled with some audience members and had a few up on stage with her. I've seen a wide range of people from Celine Dion and Martina McBride to The Rolling Stones and Aerosmith and this was better than most and for me probably the best of all. I never know all the songs I hear at a show, like them all or know all the words. It was fabulous!

    Shania is back!

by BobChuk on 12/3/12The Colosseum At Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

We went to see Shania on opening night at Caesar's. It's great to have her back. Country has missed her. She left at the height of her career. But the band overwhelmed Shania's voice at times and should tone it down a bit. The dancing cowboys need to stay behind her and not in front of her. They kept blocking our view from the side of the theatre. We paid to see her, not a bunch of dancers. A few less dancers on stage would actually be nice. It was great hearing all of her hits and nice to see the fun ways the themes and outfits from her videos were carried out in an updated way.

    Shania's opening night!

by AMBKC on 12/3/12The Colosseum At Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Shania was very emotional sharing her opening night performance on stage. She was visibly moved by the audience's love for her. Shania spoke to the audience throughout the show which affirmed what a sweet but talented person she is. She even invited some audience members up on stage for a few songs. It took her a few songs to find her groove, but that's totally understandable, if you understand her journey back to the stage. Once she found her groove, she was off and runnin'. I was so happy for her to have found the courage to get "back on the horse." The live horses she rode out on stage and performed with were an awesome touch to her show. The audience embraced her and she embraced the audience. I didn't want the show to end.

    Still The One

by Jackpots on 11/28/12Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

I just saw Shania tonight. It was the first time she played for an audience and it was amazing. Everybody is going to love the show. She has alot of different sets and costume changes and looks beautiful. She interacted with the audience and even a few lucky people got to sing around the campfire with Shania. I don't want to give away to much, but she does sing "Still The One" with Shania and a beautiful white horse.

    CAN'T WAIT FOR 3-24-12

by jealousoftherain on 8/20/12Caesar's Palace - Las Vegas

OMG, I can't wait until March 24, 2013 when I get to see Shania Twain for the first time live, and not only will I see her I'll be front row center in the Colosseum with meet and greet tickets, yes I got the "Still The One VIP Package" and I am freakin out I can't sleep at night and it's still seven months away. What am I going to say to her and what am I going to wear (not that I'm a slave to fashion, lol). I've never been to Vegas and I've never seen Shania live so that crosses two things off of my bucket list. I hope she's in top form after all she's been through it will be great for her to put her haters to shame knowing she can do it on her own without that mutt. I have faith she'll be back in fighting form after watching her meltdown on "Why Not" where she seemed to be losing her voice and confidence I love her version of "Endless Love" with Lionel Ritchie her vocals are so pure and sweet and I enjoy the simplicity of "Today is Your Day." Vegas and Shania here I come watch out because, "I'm Gonna Getcha Good!"

Shania You are Not Alone and Soooo Loved!!!!!!

    by maccafan007 on 6/17/11Sudbury Arena - Sudbury

Saw Shania a few years back in Sudbury.....this sums it up 1. Drop Dead Gorgeous = TV does not do her justice! 2. Sound was absolutely recordable on spot so perfect! 3. Her voice was bang on and she did not miss a note! 4. The energy in her concert quickly connects with the audience and your ticket price was quickly validated early in the concert! 5. Met her outside the arena...she was worried about some children getting trampled... again...always looking out for others! Thats her style! Amazing girl she is! Amazing musician she is and incredible live performer! Vegas is about to get blown away!!!!! Wish you luck in your NEWWWWW life Shania...repeat NEWWWWW life!!! you sure hit it out of the park with Song with Lionel...man o man....you aced it! Of course!!!! lol Tim
