She has a beautiful voice. The concert was very upbeat. She brings a lot of energy into her music. The lighting and sound system was outstanding as well as her performance. The only thing that I was upset about was that the performance was suppose to start at 8 PM and it started at 9 PM.

Shakira is a Latin pop singer-songwriter from Barranquilla, Colombia. After signing with Sony Music Colombia at age 13, the star made a name for herself in Latin America with Spanish-language albums like Pies Descalzos (1995) and Dónde Están los Ladrones? (1998). In 2001, Shakira made her crossover debut with her fifth album Laundry Service, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and spawned global hit singles “Whenever, Wherever” and “Underneath Your Clothes.” Throughout the 2000s, Shakira continued her crossover success with further radio smashes like “Hips Don’t Lie” featuring Wyclef Jean, the Beyoncé collaboration “Beautiful Liar” and “She Wolf.” Further LPs in Shakira’s discography include Fijación Oral, Vol. 1 (2005), Oral Fixation, Vol. 2 (2005), She Wolf (2009) and Shakira (2014). At the turn of the new decade, the singer co-wrote and recorded “Waka Waka (This Time For Africa),” the official song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and in 2020, she headlined the Super Bowl LIV halftime show alongside Jennifer Lopez. Shakira’s most recent studio set, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, was released in 2024.

Tickets for Shakira’s upcoming world tour will go on sale to the general public on Monday, April 22 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. A presale for Citi customers in the U.S., as well as American Express cardholders in Canada, will begin Wednesday, April 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time followed by presales for Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers on Friday, April 19 at 12:00 noon local time. A Spotify presale will also occur on Friday, April 19 at 2:00 p.m. local time.

The music was Great and LOUD, but i went to see Shakira to sing.. The music was so loud on the upbeat songs ....you could just bearly hear her voice....The show only lasted about one hour and forty five minutes, and she missed some of her popular songs The show was entertaining to watch and the effects were good... this being the first venue of her tour, i hope they work the bugs out.....this could be a fantastic show.

Shakira was unbelievable!! This was my third time seeing her live and she just seems to be getting better and better. I loved the song choices, the costumes and of course her performance. I would definitely go see her again.

She sang all her major Spanish and English hits and even a Shakira-style Nothing Else Matters by Metallica, which was an interesting suprise. I wasn't very fond of her last album, but bought tickets anyway and was a bit worried that she might do only new songs. Instead she sang all the fav hits. I enjoyed every minute of it!

I also was less than impresses with the scene, I would have expected a scenario a bit less simple... But the songs were good, her performance was great...

I don't know too many of her songs that aren't on the radio, so I wasn't sure what to expect but she is amazing!!!! She starts her show by entering THROUGH the audience! She takes time to shake people's hands, and even invited girls up on stage with her to dance. Her dance moves are AMAZING and her band is so much fun. I would recommend this to any one!

Before the waka waka song, they showed a video of African kids that was beautiful. I had so much fun!!!

She had a lot of energy on stage and made sure no matter where you sat she let you know you were there. The stage and costume changes were simple but affective. I went with my Peruvian boyfriend who wished she performed more songs in Spanish but she did play a variety of both. The concert ran almost 2 hours so you certainly got your money worth and her interaction with the audience was good. On the downside, the show started almost an hour late, show time was 8pm and she did not come out until almost 9pm and at times the band played too loud overshadowing her beautiful voice. We came to hear Shakira, not the band. Overall though, it was a great show.

Two things I have to point out, the concert was at 8pm, but they started at 9pm we had to wait for a hour that was unacceptable, the other thing is the audio is really bad.
