Laughed from beginning to end! What a great show and an equally great venue.
Great show! Local boy connects with the hometown crowd for an awesome benefit show. Thanks Seth!
Nice to see the home boy back! I try to see him every time he's in town.
Seth knew how to connect with the audience and the jokes were on target
Seth is right on and very much on the edge. I loved it. And so generous to nonprofits in the state.
Great show!!! Smart and funny as is expected from Seth.
Event Center/Tickets: Super well organized from beginning to end…. Cordial efficient event staff too. Great Cause and trust our support helps their Mission Power of Celebrity and Power of Family: Priceless utilization of Celebrity to create awareness and help….and the “ Local” lovely parents and representation of family united the theme. An entertaining and fun night! Cheers!
90 minutes flew by as it was a very funny and entertaining show
Great set full of one highlight after another. Only downside was the venue - got the feeling that some of the audience were staying at the casino and were here to see “a comedy show.” Not necessarily fans/familiar with his comedy. So when Seth started venturing into politics - the very thing we fans have been sorely missing with the writers strike - the response was a bit lukewarm. He wisely pivoted to more of his awesome parenting material and it went over well. But next time I will look for a regular theater that attracts actual fans who encourage Seth to be Seth. I encourage his management to take A Closer Look at the venues on these tours. 😉
Seth Meyers' show was excellent. We laughed and laughed. The audience laughed. Seth Meyers laughed. It was good to get out and enjoy ourselves again.
Seth delivered over an hour of laughs and sharp wit. He was absolutely the best I’ve seen in years! Don’t miss him!
Had a blast! Such a fun night with my husband and we'll worth the one and a half hour drive!
We really enjoyed the show. Seth Meyers was so funny and made everyone laugh so hard. This was our first time seeing a comedy show and I would go and see another sometime again. We LOVED it and our seats were great to see him.
Well thought out show! I grew up watching him on SNL! Excited to add to the list of comedians I've seen live!")
It was nice to see Seth Meyers live, especially during the writers strike when his show is not airing new episodes. I’ve seen Seth’s Netflix specials, but all of the material he did was new this time. I only wish his set lasted longer than 1 hour. I didn’t stop laughing the whole time!
Seth just came out and did his thing. Laughter everywhere - we laughed a lot and the people behind us were in stitches the whole time. Length was just long enough. Venue fit him perfectly.
Seth Myers was in top form. Thoroughly enjoyable, covered many topics with his family and family adjacent stories being the funniest. So glad the writers strike gave him the freedom to come to San Diego. Already looking forward to his next visit! Jeers, however, to Ticketmaster and The Magnolia for advertising a 6:30 start time. 6:30 was when the doors opened and the show started at 7:45. I go to about ten Ticketmaster events a year and the time on the ticket has always been the time the event is scheduled to start.
Seth was very funny. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that he did almost no political humor.
Seth was hysterical. Talking about common events in our lives, he kept us laughing for over an hour and a half. If you need some laughter in your life, go see Seth.
He's seemed like he was funny, but I am imagining a majority of the venue had the same problem we did. We couldn't see anything. The venue was intimate, but still quite large. I feel there should have been project screens on the side of the stage. The tickets weren't cheap to not be able to see anything.
