My grandson loved the SEC Fanfest! Great games! Everyone was nice!
I felt like the Finley building could have been used more like especially on Friday before the games. The ticket gate area was good. The people were very friendly and helpful.
Hoover is a great city and always super great staff
Painless entry with mobile ticketing. Nice stadium. Concession lines were a bit long . Great atmosphere and weather.
The moment the ump said play ball had me sucked in.The only thing I would have liked, would have been having Mississippi State in it,LOL. The only thing I would have liked would have been having a little more food options and also the drinks are so high. A Powerade is $5 and I could go to the gas station and get one for $2.50. But the overall baseball experience was amazing though. Go Bulldogs!
Tickets easy to get and the games were really good. Hoover Met puts on a really good event
Great venue with wonderful fans. Easy access to the ballpark. All workers were courteous and seemed to enjoy their job as well.
The Hoover Met did an incredible job of hosting this event. The kids play area at the Finely Center was amazing and had my kids wanting to come back every day. They were efficient getting people in and out of the stadium between games. And it's always fun to watch college baseball in a full ballpark filled with fans from all over the conference.
Great Tournament. Great location. Good games played by Good teams. Best baseball experience outside of Omaha. Hoover is very welcoming and accommodating. There is no better location. Parking for everyone within a short walk to a stadium entrance. The SEC Baseball tournament should be on all baseball fans “bucket list”. Of course the best non-tournament baseball experience is at Mississippi State. A weekend series at Dudy Noble is second to none.
We've been going to the SEC Baseball Tournament for years and the Hoover Met continues to be the perfect location. Easy access to the park, free parking, tailgating in the parking lot, great atmosphere inside the park- it's great to have big baseball here in Birmingham.
Even with all the rain delays and late night games, the SEC tournament was a great event. We saw some of the best players and teams in the country playing on that field. Games we will remember for years. The Finley center offered lots of things for the kids to do. The food vendors in the Finley Center and the Stadium were great. With tickets on phones, we expected issues and had none. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love Hoover, we've been going to this tournament for 10 years. We like having the RV park next to the stadium. The convenience and the hospitality is what draws us back year after year.
Great time! Will be back again next year! Loved the fan fest!
Me and my 2 youngest sons had the best time. The baseball tournament was amazing and the complex next door was the best experience ever!!
Weather was great (after the rains stopped). Concessions were good. Not sure why no beer available on the concourse level. Beer is sold at all other college baseball venues including Omaha
Having to wait in the hot sun for more than an hour before we were allowed to enter the Hoover Met for the Tide vs Texas Aggies game was not pleasant. My wife started to feel faint and light-headed. Not sure how to fix the problem, but the current arrangement simply does not work. Until the problem Is fixed, we’ll not attend any more SEC baseball tournament games in the future.
The SEC tournament in Hoover is everything to celebrate about being a southerner. Hoover, Al is a great host city. It has many amenities, is clean and neat, and warm, welcoming people. Hoover Met is a wonderful venue. Facility is modern, comfortable, and attractive. Parking is adequate and user friendly. But, the best part of the whole experience is the fan base attending. Fans are passionate about their team but display class and sportsmanship to all. Repeating- the whole experience is quintessential southern and I love it.
The logistics of going to the game were great. Easy access to parking. No problems with security or ticket checking to get in. Games are too long though. Easy to get out of venue after game. Have to find a way to speed up games. 4 hours for a baseball game is too long. Especially after midnight.
Tournament needs to stay in Hoover. Perfect place for this tournament!
The SEC Baseball Tourney games keep getting rained delayed. TM keeps deleting my listings before games are actually played. Sometimes I can relist but currently I can't relist tickets for a game that is delayed by at least 24 hours. (Says no tickets are for sale because event has already started and it has not!)
