  • Great Storm game

by Skarabrae on 7/1/18KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

I don't get into Seattle much but thought a Storm game would be a fun date night with my wife. I am so glad we made the effort to come over from the Peninsula. We parked on Bainbridge Island, took the ferry, had a nice dinner and walked to the Key arena from downtown. The venu is small enough to feel intimate and get good views but large enough for the fans. I bought really good seats for once, 3rd row, center court. The people around us were all very nice. There was great audience participation and we won which made the experience even better. The tickets were easy to download and the web sit was easy to navigate. I was sent many reminders not to forget that I had purchased tickets. Overall it was a fun filled evening away from the farm.. Thank you.

Fun, affordable sporting event. Family friendly, good team.

  • Unbelievable!

by Puzzl on 6/1/18KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

Did not see this coming! Best basketball season underway—this game was a thrilling nail biter. Very physical, every play counted. Crowd did not sit down last 5 minutes. Best value for the dollar I have had in years.

  • Good basketball

A lot of fun watching the Storm play. This game went into overtime. Great game and great seats! Fun for our whole family ages from 6 years old to 73!

  • now that's basketball!

by drawgers on 8/21/17KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

I bought my tickets months ago, anticipating Kelsey Plum would be a big scorer by late in the season making this an exciting game - and I was not disappointed. Our Storm went up early then lost the lead and trailed by a few points most of the game. With about 8 minutes to play we were 8 points down and Jewel Loyd, Brienna Steward and Sue Bird had not scored their usual point totals - I was excited to think they'd pull it off. And they did, gained the lead, ran the clock down ... then Kelsey Plum tossed up the game-tying 3-pointed leaving only 0.8 seconds - overtime here we come. But the officials, who had done a lot of poor calls throughout the game, reviewed her shot deciding her foot was on the line so the Storm was Up By One Point with less than one second to play and possession. They inbounded, ran the clock out and won. A very exciting basketball game - thanks Storm!

  • Seattle Storm fans are Awesome!

by MNLynxGuy on 8/19/17KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

I came from Minnesota for business, but I wanted to see my Lynx. The Seattle fans around my seatmate and me immediately noticed our Lynx gear, but they welcomed us warmly. We had a great time conversing with them during the game. Despite their team's less-than-stellar record, fans filled the arena. The environment was electric. My team lost, but I was glad I went.

Great atmosphere, for kids and adults. The noise got to our 8-yr old in the last 3 minutes because the crowd was so excited as the Storm upset the best team in the nation! Bring hearing protection if you have a sensitive little one. Fun atmosphere, clean bathrooms and seats. Typical stadium/arena food options. My only complaint is how narrow the seats are. If you are even a little bit overweight, it's hard to get in and out without hurting yourself or feeling stuck. I don't know if other sections are different. We were in section 110, row 17. Great view.

  • The Crowd was ELECTRIC!!

by BoLane on 7/31/17KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

I've been to many, many professional sporting events and not many were as electric and exciting as this Storm vs. Wings game! It was better than I could've imagined for my first WNBA game. In fact, based on this experience alone, my family and I will be going to back many more games this season and the seasons to come! Not only was the game exciting and the crowd electric, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. There weren't as many concession options as bigger venues but what they had was great. You have to try the lemonade! Do yourself a favor and go to a Storm game. You'll never regret your choice!

Loved the game, but the food lines were too long and too slow

  • Great entertainment and cause

by CJKirkland on 7/21/17KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

The game was fun to watch, but there were extras that made it appealing to someone who doesn't follow sports closely. I got a free poster and t-shirt and a chance to support Planned Parenthood. The special pricing meant I could come with a group of 7 friends. We enjoyed the young dancers who provided entertainment during breaks and enjoyed the attention given to kids in the stands.

  • Great experience!

by ptmama on 7/21/17KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I always wanted to see a Storm game and when they recognized Planned Parenthood, we thought it was an excellent time to go so we took most of our family and we all loved it. The crowd was good-sized but it would have been wonderful to have had it packed. We learned a lot about the arena and the customs. We loved the game - totally cool - except the Storm lost! But that didn't take away from the experience we had. We enjoyed the whole game and it was fun to see what happened on the court during TV advertising and half-time. It was all fun and exciting! We even found good parking.

While overcoming the obvious signs of any "home opener" the storm made progress as the game progressed. Great crowd, great event.

  • Storm is at their Peak

    by 11Griz68 on 10/3/16KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

At last, I finally got to see the Storm play against the Sky. What a game. Stewie was super great as always. She broke Lisa Leslie's defensive rebound record. Sue Bird had control of the floor and as always played a tremendous game. Hard not to mention all the other players on both teams. I was just impressed with seeing all of them in person.

  • by SallyJoMay on 9/21/16KeyArena - SeattleRating: 3 out of 5

These seats have no leg room. My tall husband almost had his knees touching the person sitting in front of us. Also, whenever someone in the row needed to exit, we all had to stand up to make room for the person to pass by. The floor was super sticky-not a clean feeling from this place. When the music was playing and the kids all ran down to the court and then the music stopped before all the kids got down there and they all had to turn around-very sad moment for the very excited cheering young boy who was a great fan. The basketball game was great.
