Seattle Mariners History
The Seattle Mariners took the field for the first time in 1977, quickly becoming a beloved part of the Pacific Northwest sports scene. From hosting unforgettable All-Star Games in 1979, 2001, and 2023, to seeing Mariners legends Ken Griffey Jr., Edgar Martinez, and Ichiro Suzuki inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame, the team has a rich history in Seattle.
The 1990s brought an unforgettable era led by legendary players, thrilling fans with moments like “The Double” in the 1995 ALDS — a play that not only sealed a series win but cemented baseball’s place in Seattle’s heart. Calling T-Mobile Park home since 1999, the Mariners have showcased incredible talent and record-breaking seasons, including a 116-win campaign in 2001. Today, fueled by an electric fan base, the Mariners carry forward a tradition of excitement, heart, and the promise of even greater moments ahead.

Great, ballpark great views from everywhere great atmosphere
It was my first game and it was just amazing.I really loved the atmosphere and how the fans were really getting into the game.I also really liked the food but I do recommend that you don’t get garlic fries however you should be okay to park a bit far from the stadium otherwise you will have to pay 70$ for parking even after paying 100$ for tickets.Something I also liked was the stadium is a great place to just chill and it had a great kids corner for kids.
We had so much fun it was our first game in our life’s … we haven’t yelled so much in our lives!! And the mariners won that game to . It was an awesome game and night . Yessss we for sure is going back for another game. 🙌⚾️💯
