Nothing more to expect. Even singing Summer of 69 for Canadian audience. A night to remember.
Perhaps it was the venue @ Vancouver’s Orpheum. All right, it is an older audience, but I felt the concert lacked the excitement and energy I was expecting. Maybe because I was up in the lower balcony that if you stood-up any views of the artist would be blocked because the front of the stage below extends too far forward.
Seal is sounding, looking, moving better than ever. I loved how intimate and inclusive the show is. So fun!!
Seal was incredible. Such a great singer with an astonishing stage presence. When he came into the crowd he just lit the place up. Used my shoulder to pull himself onto the row of seats and sang right in front of us. Unforgettable.
This is the 4th time I’ve seen Seal! I was alittle apprehensive going this time some he hasn’t been here for a long time! But, after the first couple of notes, we were once again blown away!! His voice is still amazing!!! Still a fan, and always will be, John
Wonderful evening! Seal is a singing poet. Love his music. So glad I got to see him again. Worth my time and money.
I wouldn't call myself a Seal fan, but I know he has a great voice. The concert was outstanding and went beyond my expectations. Seal is such a compassionate and charming performer. He really connected with the audience. We were with a well-behaved group of people, and he came out into the audience, hugged the woman in front of us, and walked across our row on the arm rests of the seats to the middle of the crowd to sing his signature "Kiss from a Rose" song. It was amazing!
I have always wanted to see Seal in concert and he did not disappoint my high expectations. Great sound and the back drop was great!
Seal is great performance and had good connection with audiences. We like intro movie ! So much fun - stage was great with beautiful lights and short show.
He has an amazing stage presence! I’m hooked forever!
I'm an original Seal fan from his first main feature on with Adamski in 1990, and a regular listener since. My wife and I were hoping for great vocals and a walk down memory lane. Wholly moley we got so much more. I actually had to look up Seals age to check if he was really as young as his stage energy portrayed. He was an absolutely fabulous showman who seemingly engaged every member of the audience individually. His amazing voice carried effortlessly at every moment and sounded like a recording each time. We love love loved the whole experience!
Seals concert was so fantastic! His voice is so beautiful and was even better experiencing it in person. He was so entertaining and created a real joyous feeling in the audience. I love that he sang all the songs I've known and loved all these years!! I feel so lucky to have seen him in a smaller venue - Paramount Theater in Seattle was perfect.
Saw him at Paramount 6/12 I am so happy I bought a ticket, what an amazing experience!
He had the audience up dancing and singing from the first song. A great performance all around.
As much as I am a fan, this unfortunately was one of the most disappointing shows we have ever attended. Had been looking forward to it all year. Very upset wife who had waited eagerly the whole night for kiss from a rose, at which point Seal promptly walked off stage and continued singing yet couldn’t be seen for entirety of the song. Whoever choreographed that stunt wrecked it for half the audience. Venue sucked, bad boomy sound over powering the melody and lyrics in places, then to top it all off people wandering in and out constantly like it was a bus stop. Oh and of course the usual inconsiderate dad dancers blocking the view for everyone behind despite taking up the first row. The only redeeming part was Seal’s voice sounded incredible when you could hear it, and trevor horn was well worth the trip. I would not return to the paramount for live music again, and would skip this show next time around.
Seal is extremely personable and gave a great show for two hours! I was most impressed that he spent about 20 minutes of that time walking 30 rows deep into the crowd and performing "Killer" and "Kiss from a Rose" AMONG THE PEOPLE. It was near messianic and yet so human. I loved Seal coming out personally to introduce opener Zia Victoria's set. Plus, I was blown away when I realized that opening act The Buggles was basically a Trevor Horn feature. When he brought out Lady Blackbird to perform Grace Jones' "Slave To The Rhythm" I was absolutely floored! Such a great choice and a showstopping moment!
Awsome concert, been to over 25 concerts in the last 2 years and he was fantastic, one of the best. Great song selection and he sang them with all his heart and soul. Just his energy on stage made this performance unforgettable, with a charm and charisma that drew me in.
OMG... He was so much better live than I even could have imagined! The Buggles were awesome! They have an amazing set themselves! I recommend seal extremely!
Great night with the best performance! Over the top when he came out into the crowd and just happened to stop at our seats and sing A Kiss from a Rose! Will always remember it!
Such an engaged and dynamic performer! Loved the Greek Theater!
