Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders Tickets

I was able to get front row seating for the game ,third base line. To get a good look at Tim Tebow. Walked down to our seats and in front of me stood dozens of autograph hounds. Waiting for Tebow. He did come over for autographs and mostly ignored these "hounds" and did sign balls for all the kids present. Even signed my granddaughters hat....Then all the "hounds" left and we were able to enjoy the game. Hat's off; Tim Tebow...it was good to see you.

Great family outing. SWB Railriders always have fun and entertaining events.

We purchased tickets for the June 7th and 8th games in advance. My son has Autism and epilepsy and cannot be in the sun/heat for too long. We always select the last row of the main sections of the stadium. We decided to stay for the doubleheader on Sunday. We went to the box office and purchased 2 tickets and again I was specific with the requested seating again, last row in particular sections. The young man stated he found what I needed and off we went. On the day of the game we arrived at the park and went to our seats. We find out that it was not the last row but actually the handicapped seating in that section. The attendant in the section said we could not sit there because it was the handicapped section. I of course did not wish to take that needed seating for another disabled person. We were directed to customer service. Customer service advised us they could not switch the seating and we had to go outside to the box office again. I advised the box office of what I needed. She was unable to provide what we needed. We were put in a section in the middle seats and in the sun. We made it through 3 innings of the first game and my son could not take the heat. Just so that you know the heat in an epileptic child brings on seizures. We wound up leaving. We live 2 hours from Scranton and decided to get on the road. Sadly we were disappointed with the response. During the game I sent a message via Facebook, hoping to get some sort of assistance. The first response I received was "do you remember who you purchased the tickets from?". I gave my answer. Then nothing else until I was already in my vehicle on the way home. In their defense they have now told me to reach out to them for tickets to another game when able and they will see what they could do. I was disappointed because we come to Scranton no less than 5-10 times during the season and have always had a great time and treated fantastically.

The lawn seats are great if you have kids cause they can move around and have fun instead of being stuck in a seat the whole time

Enjoyed the game, and tailgating opportunity in the shade. Friendly environment and great seats with plenty of room.

Always love going to the ballpark, and minor league baseball is always a good time. The Yankees organization and the Railriders do a great job with the game, entertainment, and giveaways, and the stadium is small and easy to navigate. I go multiple times every summer

Nice stadium, reasonable priced tickets and fun events for the kids between innings.

Of course, I was disappointed in the result, but enjoyed the Railrider's year immensely. And the playoff games with Durham offered the added advantage of seeing Scranton's own Joe McCarthy hit some powerful homeruns and play before his home town fans, and former Yankee and Railrider Rob Refsnyder receiving the series MVP award- well disserved! All games of the championship series were played here because of the danger posed by Hurricane Florence- a rough way to get to see more play time. Prayers and support to all those folks in Raleigh/Durham and the Carolinas.

My partner and I brought my youngest daughter and her niece and a nephew to PNC Field for a game. We had such an amazing time!! The players are awesome and many had lengthy conversations with not only our kiddos but several others as they anxiously awaited autographs. They played catch with the kids in the stands and of course gave all us fans a reason to cheer with a Win!!!! PNC Field is a beautiful ballpark and all staff were so friendly and helpful!! Thank you to all for another fabulous experience. See y’all soon!!!! I must be fair and also give much kudos to the PawSox players as well....they brought 2 little ones (maybe 3 years old or so) out on the field and was playing catch with them as well. It’s these kinds of memories that last a lifetime!!!! ❤️⚾️
