The concert was cool but whoever promoted the event sold vip tickets for 215.00 each I purchased 2. I thought it would be a meet and greet, food and drinks. But it was none of that, I could have paid a quarter of what I spent and still had great seats. They got over on anyone that paid for All the extras.
Scarface didn't even show up. Ive seen everybody else perform BUT him. Just wasn't the same. It felt like a concert I'd already attended. Disappointed in that show.
Had a great time seeing all tha legends of rap! Definitely can’t wait to attend another one.
I can't really review the performance from Scarface because he didn't come. It's crazy when you hear your headliner has cancelled LAST MINUTE. But the rest of the performers were great. We had a few surprise guests that appeared on stage which "sort of"made up for Scarface not coming. I am a huge Too $hort and Devin the Dude fan so I was in heaven but the cherry on top of the whip cream would've been Scarface performing on stage with Devin. For some reason I can't see them both on stage at the same time. Am I missing something, lol? The venue was cool and the fans were amazing. Best vibe ever to travel from California and turn up with Atlanta fans, they make it a party any and everywhere. The throw back line up did not disappoint.
We went to the maple house theater parking was absolutely amazing they had police there to help getting in and out was a breeze Scarface was sick but that didn’t stop the show MC Lightfoot did well both nights my favorite was BoneCrusher and Big Daddy Cain Flawless 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
My wife and I had an amazing time seen too short and Scarface multiple times and they never disappoint true entertainers
I felt a partial refund should have been given because DJ Quick did not perform.
The show was great but the intermission was to long to be waiting on the show an hour 15 minutes is to long
That was my first concert at Aretha Franklin Amphitheater and I must say I was impressed. Scarface & Too $hort with a live band was incredible.
This is my second time seeing Scarface in concert and he NEVER disappoints! Too Short wrapped it up nicely w/ Face! Crucial Conflict was a pleasant surprise and brought the livest energy! Would love to see CC in concert again! Overall, I enjoyed myself! Great performances and great adult atmosphere!
