About

Celebrated country vocalist Sara Evans returned to the airwaves in 2013 with "Slow Me Down," the bombastic lead single from her highly anticipated seventh studio album. As great as her voice is on record, it's her live concerts that let her showcase what a pure and versatile storyteller she truly is. Ticket buyers are sure to be floored by her vocals, with a dynamic range that can go from angelic softness to full-voiced belts effortlessly, all done with an emotional heft that reaches into your soul and holds on until the very last note. Every tour she's unleashed has been a vocal tour de force that has to be heard to be believed. Her upcoming album, due in the first quarter of 2014, is sure to be another classic Sara Evans' journey through life and love and finds her reuniting with superstar Vince Gill, who sang with Sara on her first country number one hit, "No Place That Far."

A country sensation since her debut album in 1997, Sara Evans has kept listeners enthralled with her continuous release of quality material and award-winning performances. Her classic "Born to Fly" became her second number one single, and was responsible for Sara's first major award win at the 2001 Country Music Association Awards, where she was the most nominated artist of the evening. Her biggest song to date came thirteen years into her illustrious career with "A Little Bit Stronger," becoming Sara's first platinum-certified single. Time and time again, Sara Evans proves that a timeless vocalist with personal stories to tell will always find an audience to connect with.

  • Great Show

by Dewbird on 12/25/19Mystic Lake Casino Hotel - Prior LakeRating: 5 out of 5

Sara puts on a great show worthy of a bigger stage. It is a nice blend of songs that she puts her own touches too. She is fun and adds a personal touch with her stories. Temecula Road was very good also.

  • Awesome

by Sara’s Fan on 12/25/19Mystic Lake Casino Hotel - Prior LakeRating: 5 out of 5

I enjoyed the whole show from start to finish. I thought the songs were really good and that she made it even more enjoyable since she added her regular music in addition to Christmas songs. Only thing I noticed she did that could have been improved was that she went to the left side of the stage a lot more than often than the middle or right part of the stage!

  • Awesome show

The new venue was great. Both Sara and the opening act out of an awesome shoe. ✍🏻 One off by bucket list

Very nice! BCMC is a super nice facility. Wonderful music, not a bad seat in the house.

  • Great show!

    by Gary K on 12/24/19Rating: 5 out of 5

We saw Sara Evans at the new Brown County Music Center in Nashville IN. This is a terrific venue. The staff could not have been friendlier. It only holds 2000 seats so every seat is probably a good one. Sara performed beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to her hits and her Christmas songs. They also had an opening band called Temecula Road and they were terrific! They are definitely on their way to headlining their own shows. Great experience. Definitely worth a night out.

  • Sara Evans Brown Co

by Diane on 12/24/19Brown County Music Center - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

It was a Xmas show full of traditional and old time favorites. I wished she had sung more of her hits, but it was still a great and entertaining show! Loved the Brown County venue and found it easy to get in and out, very clean, and had great seats. I will be back!

  • Great venue, great voice...but

by Bud on 12/24/19Brown County Music Center - NashvilleRating: 2 out of 5

When we bought the tickets off your website, we were unaware it was a Christmas show. The show was titled simply titled Sara Evans. Given the date of the performance, I figured there would probably be some carols performed, but not the entire show...sans 3 songs. The people we asked around us..it seemed to be about 60-40 of those who knew vs. those who didn’t know it was completely Christmas. Great venue and was a solid show..no wait for concessions, restrooms, and not a bad seat in the house. We shall definitely return.

  • Powerhouse vocals

by JLGE on 12/24/19Brown County Music Center - NashvilleRating: 4 out of 5

Sara's voice was as strong and pure as ever! It was the end of her Christmas tour, and we loved the variety of solemn and high energy Christmas tunes. Would have liked to hear a few more of her hits mixed in, though. Her band looked classy in their black and white suits and sounded great. Sara looked a little disheveled -- makeup, hair, and wardrobe kind of a mess. She's such a gorgeous woman. She doesn't need that much makeup to be stunning. They were recording this concert, and though we appreciated Sara sharing her personality and background stories, we felt that she was trying a little too hard and playing to the cameras a bit too much. Came across as awkward at several times during the show. We love this beautiful new venue and hope to experience many more concerts there in the coming years. We hope Sara returns to "Nashville 2.0!"

  • Good show

by Steve Cecardo on 12/24/19Brown County Music Center - NashvilleRating: 4 out of 5

The venue was incredible!Sara Evans has one of the best voices I ever heard and her band is outstanding.I do have one disappointing comment to make and that is she only sang 3 songs outside of the Christmas music.I like Christmas songs but I think I speak for a lot of other fans of her to say we wanted to hear more of her hits. This just makes me want to see her again even more.I also love how she interacts with the crowd

  • Fantastic show!

Show was great. Only negative we experienced was after entering venue we were packed in like sardines until the doors opened.

  • Christmas Concert at Detroit MGM Grand

by K. D. on 12/23/19MGM Grand Detroit Event Center - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

Very nice show with great music, vocals and Sara! Loved that she did 3 of her hits. The venue was not what I expected. All floor seating. Luckily we are fairly tall and could see over the heads. Remind me not to sit right behind an aisle. People walking throughout the show to bar or restrooms. Sara and her band and family members were awesome!

  • Concert & Venue

by Tom on 12/23/19MGM Grand Detroit Event Center - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

The singing was every bit as good as I expected. The show did seem to drag in parts however. The MGM Grand as a performance Venue left a lot to be desired. It couldn't hold a candle to Caesar's Windsor. The bars never closed and people kept walking out for drinks. That was irritating to say the least. Stage visibility was poor at best.I will say however that the sound system was excellent. Motor City's venue as also superb but its for a smaller audience. I hope next tear she plays Windsor or Motor City,

  • Sara amazing but MGM terrible

by Ken S. on 12/23/19MGM Grand Detroit Event Center - DetroitRating: 3 out of 5

First and last time going to MGM to see an artist. The chairs were so close together that no one could actually sit back in them. Most uncomfortable seating I have ever been in at a venue. Sara Evans was incredible though with her vocals. She kept it from being a total waste.

  • Sara was amazing but the Seating was not so good.

by Anne Ronnie on 12/23/19MGM Grand Detroit Event Center - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

Although Sara Evans and her Beautiful Family sang and were Amazing. The way the seating was set up was a total disappointment. When setting up venue seating they should be staggered so you aren’t sitting directly behind someone. We had to lean over the whole time to see the stage and in turn, upset the people behind you.

  • Great Show

by Millerbarber on 12/23/19MGM Grand Detroit Event Center - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

The show was like when I was a kid and the Variety Shows did Christmas Specials. Sara Evans can sing any song. Sara’s family clearly inherited her talent. Definitely put me in the Christmas spirit

  • Amazing

The show was great. Beautiful theater. I hope they have it again next year.

  • A great show by Sara Evans, but the venue could improve.

by Retired and Lovin' It on 12/18/19Belterra Casino Resort and Spa - FlorenceRating: 5 out of 5

Sara Evans gave a great performance. She worked hard to keep us entertained and made plenty of eye contact with the audience during the show. She has a powerful, beautiful singing voice. The venue (Belterra Casino showroom, Florence, IN) needs improvement in two areas, I think. 1) There was apparently no prohibition on the use of camera/phones as cameras. At times there were so many people holding up camera phones in front of us that our view was partially blocked. 2) There were a LOT of people wandering around the venue - going in and out of various doors, walking up and down the aisles, and across in front of us. Apparently people no longer have common sense about being considerate of others. The venue manager needs to step up and take control. Finally, Sara had an opening act, Temecula Road, who were very good. Had we known they were performing, we would have arrived at the show earlier. As it was, we took our time and only caught about 10 minutes of their performance.

  • Fantastic show
