About

Celebrated country vocalist Sara Evans returned to the airwaves in 2013 with "Slow Me Down," the bombastic lead single from her highly anticipated seventh studio album. As great as her voice is on record, it's her live concerts that let her showcase what a pure and versatile storyteller she truly is. Ticket buyers are sure to be floored by her vocals, with a dynamic range that can go from angelic softness to full-voiced belts effortlessly, all done with an emotional heft that reaches into your soul and holds on until the very last note. Every tour she's unleashed has been a vocal tour de force that has to be heard to be believed. Her upcoming album, due in the first quarter of 2014, is sure to be another classic Sara Evans' journey through life and love and finds her reuniting with superstar Vince Gill, who sang with Sara on her first country number one hit, "No Place That Far."

A country sensation since her debut album in 1997, Sara Evans has kept listeners enthralled with her continuous release of quality material and award-winning performances. Her classic "Born to Fly" became her second number one single, and was responsible for Sara's first major award win at the 2001 Country Music Association Awards, where she was the most nominated artist of the evening. Her biggest song to date came thirteen years into her illustrious career with "A Little Bit Stronger," becoming Sara's first platinum-certified single. Time and time again, Sara Evans proves that a timeless vocalist with personal stories to tell will always find an audience to connect with.

  • Sound is Everything!

by Concert G-Ma on 4/14/25Yucaipa Performing Arts Center Outdoor Stage - YucaipaRating: 4 out of 5

Unfortunately, the sound was not good. The instruments were way too loud, it was hard to hear Sara Evans clearly. Other than that, the concert was enjoyable.

  • Sound system could have been better

by RJ on 4/14/25Yucaipa Performing Arts Center Outdoor Stage - YucaipaRating: 4 out of 5

Sara was great. The sound wasn’t clean & crisp. First time at this outdoor venue. I saw Sara on 4/10.

  • It was great

by Trudy on 4/13/25Yucaipa Performing Arts Center Outdoor Stage - YucaipaRating: 5 out of 5

The line to get in was fast and the seating was easy to find. It was very organized. The only bad thing was the parking.

Great venue. She sounded amazing. Had a blast! Took my 7 year old daughter and she couldn't stop dancing.

  • Sound Control was off

by MomsNightOut on 4/13/25Yucaipa Performing Arts Center Outdoor Stage - YucaipaRating: 3 out of 5

Sara was great! Love her! Do wish more of her hits were included and maybe a little longer performance. However the sound control was OFF. The bass was drowning her out and at times her sound was not set correct either making her sound like her voice was strained but later she sounded fine again.

  • Terrible band management

by Brandy on 4/13/25Yucaipa Performing Arts Center Outdoor Stage - YucaipaRating: 3 out of 5

You could barely hear Sara Singjng. Musical director was behind us, so no way he couldn’t hesr it for himself. She kept messing with her microphone and ear piece as well as though she knew. She’s phenomenal, but the band was much louder than necessary. They needed to pull it back and let her sing, for songs without the band she sounded as wonderful as expected

  • AMAZING

  • A Fun Night Out

    by D & R on 12/29/24Penn's Peak - Jim ThorpeRating: 5 out of 5

Always enjoyed Sara Evans' songs, but to see her in person was extra special. Still a great voice, and so friendly and engaging with the audience. Penn's Peak was the right place. Volume of the music was not overwhelming, and you could easily understand each of Sara'a words.

  • Sara was AMAZING!!

by Rockit on 12/26/24Penn's Peak - Jim ThorpeRating: 5 out of 5

First time I got to see Sara in concert but always loved her sound and style. She has an amazing range with her vocals and is a fantastic entertainer. Very interactive with the audience, and did a good mix of hits and Christmas songs. Thank you Sara for an amazing night out and being on your during the holiday time...not easy to be away from family. Thanks again for all you do Floyd and Rebecca

  • Sara Evans Christmas tour!

by SaraFan on 12/25/24Penn's Peak - Jim ThorpeRating: 5 out of 5

I was very please with my seats to this fabulous concert. Sara Evans is a Phenominal Vocalist! Penn's Peak is one of my favorite concert venues. I had the best time. I had to uninstall n reinstall my tixmaster app to access my tix. But the box office gladly printed a free tix for me.

Sara Evans was great. I love going to Penns Peak. There isn't a bad room in the house.

  • Disappointing Night

by KDavid on 12/17/24Arena Theatre - HoustonRating: 2 out of 5

When purchasing these tickets months ago, it was not advertised as a Christmas show but that's what we got, after showing up almost an hour later the the 8.30 PM start time. Very disrespectful to the audience. Instead of an evening of her hits over the years, we got, I think, 3 of her bigger songs sandwiched in between 45 minutes or an hour of Christmas on either side. Sara is talented and she sang the Christmas songs well, but it wasn't at all the show we expected, nor was it the show that was sold. Next time Sara, start the show on time.

  • Sara still has the voice!

    by Mark D on 12/17/24Arena Theatre - HoustonRating: 4 out of 5

We had mixed feelings about the show. On the positive side: 1) Sara had a ton of energy and still has the beautiful voice that we remember. It was our first time to see her live and we were grateful for that. 2) The Ticketmaster process and App worked great 3) The staff at the Arena Theatre were helpful and friendly 4) The upgrades to the theatre are nice, particularly the improved seating. On the negative side 1) The arena felt dead. Half of the seats were covered in tarp and the other half was only about 50% full. Too much dead space that dissipated the energy. Either the promoter dod a poor job of marketing this show or she should have been performing in a smaller more intimate venue like the Heights Theatre. Concentrating the energy better would have done wonders. 2) I don’t recall this show being billed as a Christmas show. The crowd reacted much more energetically when she performed from her prior hits than we she sang Christmas music. Hope she returns to Houston again in a more suitable venue.

  • Amazing voice as always!!

by Barney on 12/10/24United Wireless Arena - Dodge CityRating: 5 out of 5

A wonderful Christmas show! Beautiful stage and holiday outfits for her band. Excellent Christmas message and atmosphere along with three of Sara’s complete hits. She did Real Fine Place to Start, Stronger, and Suds in the Bucket. Yes, Sara did O Holy Night and raised the roof with that voice of hers!! ❤️🎄💚. Don’t miss if you’re a Sara Evan’s fan or just want a beautiful traditional Christmas show.

  • Venue improved seating and stage location.

by Eulie on 10/17/24Turfway Park - FlorenceRating: 5 out of 5

The 90 minute performance by Sarah Evans was wonderful and full of energy. The upbeat performer had the audiences attention and excited. Sarah's vocal strength is as charming as ever. The improvements Turfway Park have instilled in the concert venue are enhancing the fan experience. The selection of the stage setting is outstanding. Will visit other productions promoted by Turfway Park.

  • Low energy crowd.

  • Great Show

by ScottyB on 10/15/24Turfway Park - FlorenceRating: 5 out of 5

I liked the way the room was set up this time although the chairs could be spaced out a little just like sitting on top of the person beside you Sound was great while singing but when Sara was talking it was very loud Great performance by Sara Evans
