    Nice to see Sandra again

by Anonymous on 4/12/12National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

The show was pretty good. Not amazing, but pretty good. Seeing Sandra again was like meeting up with an old funny friend - it was great to hear her stories again but some of them kind of sounded a bit familiar. Still, with a nine-year hiatus, it was great to have her back in Ottawa and I'll likely go see her again the next time she swings through town.

    Sandra Shamas

by chloebanff on 4/6/11Winter Garden Theatre - Toronto

She was, as always, fabulous! It was 2 hours of solid, belly-laughing humour based on credible life experiences. I hope she returns soon. It would be an automatic resale regardless of topic. Sandra delivers strong content with sarcastic humour-the best kind. I have seen every show and she keeps getting better.

    Sandra's humour ages like wine

by AnotherBuffaloGal on 4/5/11Winter Garden Theatre - Toronto

This is the third Sandra Shamas show I've seen. The shows have all been about 8 years apart, and they've featured hilarious examinations of stages in Sandra's life . In Wit's End III Love Life, Sandra amuses us with observations on peri-menopause and tales of her evolution as a gardener. Interspersed among the belly laughs, there are heartfelt reflections on what's important in life. A truly enjoyable evening with someone who's becoming a kindred spirit.

    "Wit's End

by roselle12345 on 4/1/11Winter Garden Theatre - Toronto

I think Sandra Shamas' rendition and interpretation of menopause was very funny, quite personal and was geared to many of the women in the audience. The Second half of her show was not as humerous, but just plain story telling with funny parts to it.The show was enjoyable and laughing is good.

Wonderful show - don't miss it!

by birdonthewire on 2/26/11Winter Garden Theatre - Toronto

This is the Sandra we all know and love at the top of her form. I have seen every show she has ever done, and this one is right up there along with one other as my very favourite. Wit's End III is hilarious, honest, touching and full of joy, and Sandra is so at ease with her audience that it's as if we have all just pulled up a chair to her kitchen table and are having a warm heart-to-heart with the funniest woman alive. Go see this show! You won't regret it.

Sandra Shamas - Story teller Supreme

by ValleyRunner11 on 2/20/11Winter Garden Theatre - Toronto

Sandra Shamas provided the audience with her own brand of personal experience, creating tears of laughter and empathy, with a predominately female audience. Shamas' unique style not only delivers laughs, but allows us to look in the mirror and accept ourselves for who we are.
