This was the first time going to a Sabercats game. My son and I really enjoyed the game and the atmosphere was really fun. The introduction, the music and the entertainment made for a fun time. The game was exciting and we really enjoyed the opportunity to meet the players and staff at the end of the game. For kids, autographs will be long time memories.

Great venue, great! I wasn't rooting for the home team. Everyone was so nice. One Sabercat fan got a picture with me! Really so much fun! We were in the third row, and if we were closer, I wouldn't have been able to see over the wall. The wall is the edge of the field. Best thing I've ever spent money on. Also after the game I watched it again on Nifty TV. I've watched every game on Nifty, and the San Jose game is by far the most professionally done. So I got to relive the fun. The announcers during the game were really good, and so was the music. Again better than any other arena game anywhere.
this was an absolutely amazing event. i plan to go to many more of these because of how legit this one was.

I did recommend this game to a relative which made a last second decision to buy his one 4-pack and go to the game with his family. Although the Sabercats lost, it was a great game and experience for me and my family.
I enjoyed the game even though the SaberCats didn't play well. Arena Football is a great sport and maybe the only pro football played this season. For under $100 bucks you can get a ticket right up on top of the action. Management of the SaberCats and the HP Pavilion put on a good show. Cheerleaders are fine looking. I wish we had a AFL team in Sacramento. I would definitely get season tickets.
I highly recommend going to a Sabercats game. My whole family enjoys the games. It is the most fan friendly sport there is. It is non-stop action the whole game and the fans are very enthusiastic. Went to the meet and greet after the game and I got to meet my favorite player, Trestin George! I also met the coaches. Everyone was so gracious! LOVE THE SABERCATS!!!!!
Game was totally awesome,alot of FUN especially fan participation,going to many more games.

It was a mixed bag. I like offense and this game has plenty of it, but that may be the problem. Fourth down doesn't mean much when your kicker (if he's accurate) can still kick a field goal deep in your own territory. It also seemed like who ever wins the coin toss has a better chance to win since each team is more likely to score than to be forced into a field goal. I'm not sure the team has a punter. Here is what would make it better. I know the San Jose quarterback came from Oak Grove, but that's it. Knowing a bit about the players should probably be given away when you walk in. I'll bet the bio's on the players are better than the NFL. These guys either just love the game, or they are still struggling to make in the NFL. This would make the game more personal and more interesting. The problem is he play calling. It looked like each team ran he identical pass play over and over. I'm not sure how you fix it, but apparently the formula for moving the ball only consists of about 3 different plays
Unlike the NFL, the game moves quickly and is certainly more up close and personal. This was my first SaberCats game, and although it's quite different from a 49er game, I enjoyed the fan friendly atmosphere (similar to AT&T) which encouraged fan involvement (YMCA, chicken dance, T-shirt fling). It seems like a family friendly environment since there were many younger fans in the arena; the autograph session at the conclusion of the game is another nice way to include the fans.
Love the game! Have not missed a home game yet this season! great fun.

If you like a quick moving game with lots of audience interaction, this game is for you. The team has a relatively good record and reputation.
My husband and I had a great time at our first Sabercats game. We definitely want to go again.
