I love you Samm!! Amazing evening listening to your sexy sound. Come back to Atlanta soon!
Everything was incredible, Ms Jasmine opened for Samm and it was such a heartfelt experience. I am so ready to see him when he tours again!!
I mean you watch Luka Doncic and you know you’re watching legend happen. Same with Samm. Greatness from his lyrics and compositions that show you who is soul is. Great voice live. He shared stories. Performed for ample time (prob 20 songs or so). Crowd was into it and very alive. In this day, an artist that sings about love with zero to hide is sooooooooo refreshing. Thank you Samm and God. Amen.
For starters, The Peppermint Club is the coolest spot in West Hollywood. A small venue with a unique aesthetic that proved to be the perfect spot to see an up and coming artist. With that said, Samm Henshaw was amazing! Great vibe, excellent musicianship and a charismatic performer with fabulous music made for the best night. 5 stars and a huge thank you to Samm for the experience!
The aesthetic reminded me a little bit of the study, another venue in Los Angeles. It gave a very intimate experience with the artist that I will never take for granted and it wasn’t overpriced
For our first concert back since the beginning of the pandemic, our little group had a blast. We were shocked that Samm would play the Vinyl. We loved the intimacy of a smaller venue though! It was a special night because we are certain the next time he rolls through Atlanta his will be more of a household name.
Been a fan of Samm Henshaw for several years, just listening to his music over streaming platforms. This was the first chance I got to see him live, and he did not disappoint. His show, though not perfect (I’m sure he would even nod his head in agreement to that statement), was both exciting and vulnerable at the same time. It was as if you were let in on the first time someone officially performed for a crowd (though I know he’s been performing for years). He was incredibly connected to the crowd and seemed so thankful and felt blessed to be in this place in his career. He even talked about being nervous to play in front of a US crowd. In my mind, though totally understandable that he felt that way, WE were all there because we love his music and the messages that he portrays through it, so he need not be nervous. Heck, I flew from Dallas, TX to ATL just to see him! I feel like I’m a little Samm Henshaw evangelist, I pretty much tell everyone I meet about his music. So, if you’ve never listened to him, I highly suggest doing so! The venue was perfect for this intimate show, they said it has a 300 capacity but it only felt like around 200. I’m sure you will never get the chance again to see Samm in such an intimate space, cause he’ll be playing bigger venues when he comes back to the US, I’m positive of that!
He's a very good singer with a great band, and he interacts with the crowd unlike most!
