Sam Smith has been captivating audiences with their unique high tenor since first appearing as the ebullient vocalist on Disclosure’s 2012 breakout single “Latch.” At only 22, the London-born singer instantly became one of the UK’s greatest pop exports after releasing their first album, In the Lonely Hour (2014), which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 album chart and went on to achieve platinum certification five times over in the U.S. The album also earned Smith four Grammys, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year (for the Darkchild remix of “Stay with Me”), as well as Best New Artist. Smith then co-wrote and performed the opening theme “Writing’s on the Wall” for the 2015 James Bond film Spectre, which earned them an Academy Award. Smith’s 2017 sophomore album The Thrill of It All cemented their place at pop music’s forefront, opening atop the Billboard 200, while 2020’s Love Goes boasted collaborations with genre-leading contemporaries like Calvin Harris, Normani, Burna Boy and Demi Lovato. In 2023, Smith released their fourth full-length, Gloria, featuring the Grammy-winning Kim Petras duet, “Unholy,” which became the singer’s first No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 — and the first song by an openly non-binary artist and transgender artist, respectively, to reach the chart’s top spot.

It was so good, the crew at footprint was so nice and helpful and the concert was one of the best!!! He is amazing I love him even more and his voice is better live
Seeing Sam Smith was on my daughters bucket list and what an amazing show we saw!! The love Sam Smith showed for his band and back up singers was amazing. You could tell he genuinely love working with them. I loved his passion for his music and the show was amazing. It truly was a show about being yourself and being free… Thank you Sam Smith!!!
Beautiful night with an amazing artist. I'm blown away by his talent, he's such a complete artist. Great sound, great storytelling, beautiful and talented dancers, laser show was really nice too.
I had purchased tix for the opener Jessie Reyes. Who put on an amazing opening set by the way. Little did I know I’d be in for a treat when Sam Smith came on. I know a few songs of his but seeing him live was absolutely beautiful! He is the most sweetest and kind human being and his music is amazing! Needless to say I left a bigger Sam Smith fan than I was before 😁.
amazing experience seeing Sam in concert, I shed a few tears. Fans were amazing and Sam gave a great performance !!!!!
A great singer, but it wasn't the show that We was expecting.
Really nice show with excellent performance. One show you must go.
Sam Smith is beautiful inside and out. His voice is simply magic! It melts my heart with every note that he sings. What a fantastic concert experience!
Great performance and performance The concert seemed short though The drinks were ungodly expensive, the most I have ever paid at any event.
I honestly came only for Jessie Reyez but was also blown away by Sam Smith! And they have the coolest and kindest fans! I would def recommend seeing them live!
Sam Smith has a beautiful voice and this show was much more freeing and expressive from his show 5 years ago. I can't hardly wait until he comes back to Arizona!
I love Sam Smith. I was going on thinking the concert was going to be good, but it was fantastic. So fantastic that it was the best concert I’ve ever been to. He hit every note, danced and engaged the crowd and was very sweet about a medical emergency that happened and he stopped the show.
Best show ever, wonderful venue very organice and accesible
Sam never fails to entertain on a singing level like none other. It’s something that must be experienced at least once in a lifetime!
Great show and incredible voice, he knows how to do it, highly recommend.
Great vocals! Great audience participation! Enjoyed it!
Sam Smith was amazing! The seats were great, the sound was perfect, everything about our experience was fabulous!
Sam Smith at the Footprint Center in Phoenix was EVERYTHING. Soulful, playful, AMAZING
5 stars for Sam Smith and Jessie Reyez! They were both amazinggg and kept everyone on their feet. They also have great merch! The Footprint center though? We ordered one beer, one cocktail, and one water and it was 82 dollars!! That’s over 25 dollars a drink if you didn’t do the math. All of the other stadiums are less than that.
these artists should really not br in a rush we came for jessie and she only preformed 3 songs what a waste
