Our daughter bought us tickets for our Anniversary. Heatwave and Russell Thompson, Jr. & the New Stylistics were very good. Heatwave did their thing, and Russell still sounds the same. Today's groups or even soloist's cannot be compared to the greats such as these guys. Thank you for a fantastic show!
My wife and I really enjoyed the valentine concert and look forward to experiencing another!

All of the groups were excellent. Heatwave, The Intruders, Enchantment, Bloodstone as well as Russell Thompson and The New Stylistics. It was my first time seeing all of the other groups Excellent performances.

Great venue but the bass guitar was way too loud and drowned out many of the singers' voices.
RT Jr & The New Stylistics put on a show of shows! They never disappoint! The music, singing and camaderie was felt in every song. They still got it! But they never lost it. They chose the right soul brothers to tour with them also. Bloodstone, The intruders, Heatwave and Enchantment…ALL could stand on their own! We didn’t feel rushed throughout the entire show. Ticket prices were on point for such a fantastic show. Absolutely loved it!
The concert overall was very good. All acts were top notch. I felt that the promoter could have done a better job with tickets sales . Attendance was extremely poor. The venue was probably 1/3 full. Not only many seats, but entire sections were empty. Staffing at the venue was excellent. Most of the ushers were seniors, and I think that it really made a difference as to how they interacted with the concert attendees. I'm 69 years old and overall I truly enjoyed the show. It took me back to my younger days when I was a real "player". Looking forward to more events of the type. Thank you!
I haven't been to a concert in a long time,and it was really nice I enjoyed all of the artists,my favorite song that was song was Gloria, because that's my name 😊I love old school music because it had meaning you could relate to it.
Awesome show. Each performance flowed flawlessly. Each artist group, was fantastic. Totally worthwhile of expense and time, and Relaxing.
Russell Thompkins and the stylistics did a great job. Their sound was amazing and brought back so many memories of the past. I would recommend them to anyone who hasn’t seen them.
The experience brought back amazing memories of songs when growing up! The entire show was well put together and the orchestra was wonderful! I will definitely go see the group again!!
Overall the show was better than we anticipated. All of the groups held their own especially after performing for 40 plus years. I truly wasn't expecting some of the groups to sound as good as they did.
Russell In the group was very, very professional and at the end of the show they came back out to shake everyone. HANDS ✋️
He gave it his best. The band was awesome. Sounded as good as the album. Vocals , they did their best.
Sound quality is always an issue lately when I go to a concert at The Horseshoe Casino. Other than that, my only complaint is that Russell never caters his song list for Chicago. We are a Steppin city & The Stylistics have a few very popular songs that steppers dance to, but they never perform them. Payback Is A Dog is one of them & several times the audience the other night requested it.

Awesome! What an awesome time spent reminiscing of times past. This show was just what we needed, took us back to a place in time that we will always cherish. Our beloved’s The Intruders, Heatwave, Russell Tompkins Jr. ( I love you Russell🥰!) and “The New Stylistics”. Who could ask for anything more…..me! Bloodstone,”you and me girl, go a long way back🎶!”..ahhhh! What a spectacular show! I am forever humbled to have shared in these wonderful memories and occupied the same space with so many amazing people who honored them in the very same way, blessings to all.
This concert was more than anyone could have asked for. I was able to see five groups for the price of one. The music was what I grew up with and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Usually I complain about the music being too loud but not this time. The Stylistics, Heatwave, Bloodstone, The Intruders and Enchantment were , as we said in the old days, the BOMB!!!!! These groups are true entertainers. They know how to get the crowd involved. Hopefully they will do another concert soon.
