We took our 3 and 4 year old granddaughters and they were enthralled. For the adults in the room, it is a play that faithfully follows the television storyline. Great production values and the actors did a good job recreating the characters we adults know so well. The only thing missing was Burl Ives, but the actor who played the snowman did a good job narrating the play.
My only complaint would be the time involved. The play started about 20 minutes late, which seemed to be due to late arriving guests. But, for whatever reason the intermission seemed longer than the first act! Not a good thing when you have a theater full of young children, many past their bedtime.
