Engage with the children more by coming out in Auditorium. VERY CUTE.
All of the actors were true to character; even their vocals. Reminded me of the first time I saw the movie. I particularly loved Rudolph and Hermey.
My two sons, my mother and I all enjoyed this show! It exceeded my expectations. I had never been to the BergenPAC and I was pleased with the size and quality of the theater. It isn’t the fanciest or most up-to date venue but for the price of the tickets and location (close to home), I am satisfied. The performance was great - fun costumes and staging, and appropriate length for young kids (mine are 4 and 2.5). I would definitely come back for another performance.
Bought the most expensive tickets and sat at the 1st row but had to raise our heads during the show. Not worth the money.
I purchased tickets for myself, my two daughters and my 3 grandchildren ages 5, 7, 8. It was a wonderful experience and worth every penny. Rudolph is one of their favorite holiday movies and this show did not disappoint. The cast was so talented and the kids loved singing along with them. I would recommend this to anyone with young children; you will not be disappointed. Judging from the happy faces I saw all around me, I would say this was perfect. Thank you, Bergen PAC.
Rudolph was a great show to take kids to. The cast was terrific, I loved the costumes and the show moved along nicely so that the little tykes did not get bored. We had a fun time and it was a great start to our holiday season.
Purchased these tickets for my 4 1/2 year old boy. He was interested in the first 15 minutes and then wanted to know when it was going to end. It seemed slow moving for children that like to see a lot of action. The elves dancing and singing were good and Rudolph flying in the air were the highlights of this event. Adults thought it was alright to bring you into the Christmas Spirit.
If you love the cartoon version of this story shown on television every Christmas, you would adore this live play. It was almost nearly identical to the Rankin/Bass show a lot of us grew up with and which continues to be a beloved tradition to this day. The actors were superb as were the costumes and special effects. Everything was identical right down to Hermey's voice and Yukon Cornelius's pick axe which he uses to taste the snow in search of gold! Adults and children alike enjoyed this performance, complete with intermission. I will be back next year if it comes back to town!
Recommend to family's with kids 4 and older. Had great time.
