Royal Hanneford Circus Tickets

Kids had fun since it was their first circus. Need to go early so you can do the photo-ops, pony rides and face painting before the show starts because the lines are to long during the intermission. Face painting was not that expensive. Toys, pony rides and photo-ops were expensive. Disappointed they didn't have clowns performing, but overall the show was entertaining.

I would describe this circus as downright silly. My kids were bored to tears, and the amount of forced merchandizing, including the way too long intermission to encourage the purchase of useless trinkets was insulting. If you really want to go to the circus, spend a few extra bucks to see Ringling Bros/ Big Apple.

Thought the overall show was great. The individual acts were professional and well executed.

it was ok. pretty expensive considering the seats were just ok. it was a far cry from the ringling circus. however, i would still tell people about it

Second year we took the kids and had a great time. Seats were terrific. They already want to go next year.

Went to see the Afghans. No programs. Found out just after the beginning of the show there were no afghans. No refund. Gave tickets away. Wouldn't go to the Hannaford Shrine circus again.

one of the better years for the Shrine Circus shows. We go every year and a great time was had by all and it didn't break the bank. Get there early to take advantage of pony rides and pictures with the animals because the lines are ridiculous at intermission.

The circus was not at all that I expected. We actually left at intermission, it was that bad. There were a few good acts, but nothing like I had expected. The show was suppose to start at 7:30 PM, and didn't until 8:00 PM. Everything was very expensive and not worth the money. They food was cold or stale, the only thing I would recommend was the cotton candy.

They only had 3 kinds of animals...very disappointing....the circus is about animals and tricks...i will never go to this circus again...the people did a good job but kids don't want to watch people flipping around for 2 hours....it was a waste of time and money

This was well worth the price. Lots of different acts. The whole family enjoyed!

The Hanneford circus was great. I took my 3 year old daughter. She loved everything from the Elephants and monkeys to the drums and acrobats. She was a little tired by the end but was still wide eyed and excited until the last performance. There are alot of options for souvenirs. They sold glow in the dark wands and toys, clown noises, and food (hot dogs, drinks, popcorn, cotton candy, etc). The toys were a little expensive $10 but this is how the circus makes its money so I can't complain. Thy only portion of the show that wasn't the greatest was the noise level. The ringmaster's mic was soooooo loud. Everytime he spoke the kid next to us covered his ears. During the performances it was fine but during his speaking portion...ouch. Overall I would recommend this activity.

It sure is nice to see that the old circus has not overly modernized! What a great time - it was actually my first time at the circus, and I took my partner for his birthday. WE both laughed and were amazed at some of the tricks, talents and just FUN we had.

My little grandson is still talking about the circus, several days later, and is so excited that he now has a "Show and Tell" when nursery school starts again. We paid for the more expensive seats this year and that made a big difference for "little eyes". Having the elephants right up close and being able to see the performers' faces kept his attention fixed. And I loved that we all sang Happy Birthday to the 97 year old woman who hasn't missed this circus in decades. It was a real treat for me to have something fun to do when my little "city guy" was visiting here in the 'burbs.

Every act was great. My grandchildren found the whole show very entertaining. They laughed and had a great time. They didn't even want to leave their seats at half time because they were afraid they would miss something. There was a good amount of animal acts.

it's not so expeisive and My family enjoyed the event.

We were witha 7 years old. She thought she was going to a tottlers show but she said she changed her mind. As i watched her a mouth was saying "WHAAAH!" and her eyes were open so big! Too bad there is not a program with names etc.

The Circus was fun.....The only thing tha I did not like was the fact that the intermission was way tooooo long. I know they use that time to make money on the pony rides and the picture taking......but it was at least 30 minutes long....I say tell people the ONLY times for pony rides and snake picture taking, etc. is BEFORE the show.....I did not have young kids in my party, and I wasn't the ony one complaining about it.....Also trying to get out of the parking lot was ridiculous.....Although they have policeman at the corner to help pedestrians cross the Bronx River......they should stick around for about another 20 minutes and override the stop light there to help the CARS out of the lot........

I enjoy this event. my son loved the elephants and it was small enough for him to be qable to see everything without missing a thing. I would go again.

Last year it was much better , this year there were acts that were not there this year that were great. I hope they will be back. Too much money for childrens light up toy and other nolvilty toys 15.00+. 2 min pony ride for 10.00. Face painting 5.00. you cant even avoid the toys they are in your face all the time. food and snacks are also too much money. the cost for 2 adults and two children was $300.00+ Way too much for this circus.

my 4 grandchildren loved it....ages 4,6, 9, and 10........they loved the lady and guy who changed clothes so quickly and magically.......they enjoyed all of it...if asked what was your favorite act...the tigers....no the trapeze people...no the monkeys...so cute....etc...the only problem that "grandma and grandpa" had were the clowns....their act went over the grandchildrens head.....not so funny and it seemed like there act was not rehearsed well....you need some good ole slapstick comedy clowns.......my grandson loved the guy on the trapoline.....now that was funny.........they enjoyed getting pics with snake and elephant.....food prices were alittle steep.....but overall...a great way to spend the day with them.....
